• Location.
• When I called from airport they said they were full and would have to switch me to another location even though we had paid in full reservation.

“They later after I expressed my frustration about being switched they found a room in local I had booked.”

• Good location. Nice rooms. Friendly staff.
• A/C was loud.

“Great deal from priceline. We looked for hotel in SW Houston, and this was perfect. Staff was friendly, and hotel was very quiet. I would go here again.”

• The room had an overpowering smell, like fried fish. Maybe the staff could have done more to make sure it was fresh before it was occupied again.

• It has refrigerator and stove.
• Doesn't have double beds or cot for family. My spouse and 1 child all 3 slept in 1 bed. My son slept on a recliner.

“I wouldn't recommend for family to stay at this hotel because no double beds or no alternative. Is ok to stay for 2 people. I checked in around 4 p.m. and they told me there were no double beds or cot available.”

• The hotels hospitality room with drinks and snacks was exceptionally clean and well stocked!
• NO POOL!!

“The hotel staff was very friendly when I asked for another room due having been accidentally registered as a smoker. I was moved to a non-smoking room at 11:30 pm. upon my arrival. ”

• The all Suite hotel is great.
• The rooms had a strange smell to it.

“I did not stay at the Candlewood Westchase - when we arrived there was a problem with my reservation. I was sent to a sister hotel and had no problems getting a room and a quality stay”
