• Nice breakfast buffet at reasonable price.
• No soap nor tissues, not enough towels.

• The cleanliness, and amenities and the decor made us feel we were in a very important room.
• Only downside was our room window faced the pool area so were heard the kids screaming at night.

“We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff was quick and friendly to help with any requests we made. The comfort of the bed was as if we were in our own at home, which let us sleep restfully.”

• The pool was right outside our door.
• The Jacuzzi was not working properly.

• The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean had a pleasant atmosphere.
• The bed was a bit hard for my comfort, but then that is a personal choice.

“Our stay at this hotel served as a midway point stay to a final destination. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, crisp and very comfortable - just what we were looking for.”

• Smell and noise with A.C.

“Even though the room is non smoker room but smell in the room is so bad. feels like someone was smoking in there just right before I went in. The air condition is way too loud. Its hard to leave in on while you sleep and there are doors connecting to rooms on both side. One of the door was not even lock. Feels unsafe.”

• The double beds were not especially comfortable (sunk into the middle) & would prefer queen.

• Excellent location, friendly staff, comfy beds, nice pool.
• The hallway to the pool is very stuffy.

“Overall this hotel meets the expectations and is a typical Sheraton in my opinion. The location is excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions and needs. The pool is beautiful and over run with kids, but its close to Hershey so that's expected. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.”

• Happy to leave. Too many loud kids, dirty pool area, non-responsive staff.

“Non-smoking room smelled musty, moldy, stuffy. Staff at desk and in the kitchen/room service did not answer the phone at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. The safe in the closet was not attached to anything, the club-size room (an upgrade) was cramped, carpeting throughout needed to be changed, pool area was disgusting (needed to be cleaned, painted, attended to)! Way too many screaming, running, out-of-control kids late into the evening. There was no security to complain to and front desk was not picking up.”

• The location was ok.
• Customer service and bathroom was not ventilated so the ceiling was dripping water after showers.

“I checked in around 3PM. Asked for 2 double beds which they accommodated. Also asked for a crib they said it would be delivered. Left the hotel about an hour later to go to Hershey Park, which is close by. Returned to the hotel at 10pm. No crib I asked the front desk and they said sorry we will send it right up we fell asleep around 11:30pm without ever receiving a crib. Next morning we took a few showers before checking out and afterwards the ceiling was soaked and dripping because the exhaust fans either do not work or are not satisfactory. The light fixture in the ceiling had water dripping from it as well as the entire ceiling. That cannot be safe.”

• The hotel is very well kept which makes it look brand new. I loved it.
• Handicap shower flooded bathroom.

“The hotel was in a good location to Harrisburg and Hershey. The room was nice but a bit used looking. (Loose molding/bits of the ceiling hanging down). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired. Most of the food (if there was any left!) was cold. The pastries were stale. The waitress was very distracted and inattentive.”

• Convenient location.
• Room we were in starting leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the night and ended up just pouring into our room, we had to end up switching rooms.

“Nice enough hotel but it looks like it needs some updating and definitely some maintenance done. When we checked into our room, it looked as though the ceiling has just been hastily repaired and quickly painted. Sure enough, in the middle of the night the ceiling started dripping and then went to a full out waterfall in the middle of the room. We had to be switched to a new room, this took over a half an hour. We had a 5 year old with us which kept her up until we could get a new room, then we had to pack everything up and move our own stuff to a new room. They even started doing the work in the room while we were still there and did not give us a chance to get changed, my wife was wearing pajamas and wanted some privacy to get changed before we started walking the halls to a new room, which did not happen. Handled very poorly, no apologies and nothing said at all during check out the next morning. A little disappointing.”

• I loved the bed and the bedding.
• Anyone could walk in the rear door without a key.

• The hotel lobby & rooms look newly renovated with granite counter tops in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
• Our tub was clogged was clogged.

“I would recommend this hotel to any travelers. My spouse & I were in town for a conference/vacation combo. We saw families and couples enjoying the indoor/outdoor pool area & nice sized fitness center. The outdoor pool offered a snack shack/bar and we appreciated this luxury & convenience. The bathroom was modern with granite countertops & modern fixtures. The only problem we ran into was the tub had sitting water in it that would not go down. A service representative came up within minutes to clear the clog, but it drained very slowly for the rest of our visit. We should of called the front desk again, but we didn't which is our choice. Very nice bar/restaurant & it had fun karaoke night on Thursdays.”
