• Clean.
• Front desk staffs were not kindly at night.

“During the day time staffs were very friendly and good, but nighttime shift was no good.”

• Location.
• Did not clean or make beds etc., the first night, although they moved us to a different room they did so very reluctantly. We were not happy.

“The night desk clerk was very surly, stated that we were not in his computer when we informed him that the maids had not been in our room. No beds made, no towels etc., reluctantly moved us to a different room.”

• Very clean and comfortable room and good location, walking distance to Civic Center.
• Breakfast not included with room and very expensive if you chose to dine in.

“Very clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to Civic Center. Breakfast not included and restaurant was very expensive. Not economical for a family. Need car to dine out because no fast food within walking distance of hotel.”

• It is a new hotel that has nice amenities and rooms.
• The swimming pool was way too cold to swim comfortably.

“The hotel is very nice. The rooms are well appointed. The lobby is very nice. The swimming pool was too cold to swim comfortably but was clean with ample towels.”

• I enjoyed having a little bit extra room around the beds, larger fridge and windows.
• I couldn't completely close the heavy blinds.

“Hotel is convenient to I-85 and shopping and good for casual travel. Not new or luxurious enough to qualify for romantic getaway.”

• The location fit our needs and the room was very clean.
• I didn't like the entrance into the parking lot. I would have preferred to be able to pull directly on to the road from the parking lot.

“This location is very convenient to shopping and you could walk to the Gwinnett arena. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant looked nice, but we did not eat there.”

• Guy sleeping in the lobby (not a homeless person).

• The location was perfect for my weekend plans. The hospitality and helpfulness in finding things to do was great.
• All was fine - if I had to say something: no breakfast as hospitality.

“The open lobby was very pleasant with the fireplace and outdoor patio. The room was spacious and clean. I was very pleased with this choice.”

• Great location, very clean room.
• Restaurant/lounge closes too early.

“Very nice, clean hotel. The TV has an AV input jack for cameras or DVD. Too bad, they refused to give me a room with 1 king bed (they were not full). The lounge was closed by 9 PM on Saturday night. Housekeeping replaced the used coffee packets with only decaf packets. Lots of noise from hallway late at night, both nights. Overall decent, but not 3 stars.”

• Great location, near Gwinnett Arena and Discover Mills. Loafing Leprechaun Irish Pub is next door.
• The in-room wireless internet did not work well.

“Great place, and better than I expected. We were on a romantic getaway, and we weren't disappointed. The Irish Pub next door had great food and atmosphere, and the lobby had a warm fireplace that we took advantage of when we wanted to be social.”

• Just a walk from Gwinnett Arena.
• Little confusing getting into the parking lot from Sugarloaf.

“My sister and I stayed there because we attended the George Strait concert at the arena. Check in went smoothly, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is just a walk away from the arena. I have tickets to see Keith Urban in April and intend to stay there again.”

• Location, location, location. It's was near the Mall & highway.
• The carpet was dirty and I had dirty towels and pillow cases also.

“This is a nice hotel but I would not want to spend more than one night there. They need to pay more attention to the rooms, you walk in the lobby and it is breathtaking but you go to your room and feel disappointed the time you walk in. The comforters were dirty the pillowcase had makeup on it front the previous guest. And the towels look as if a couple of them had been used and then folded back up and placed neatly in the bath room.”

• Chintzy bedding and mattress quality.

“Pros: new carpet, room had fridge, microwave Cons: room not well insulated from hallway noise (needs better door w/insulation); bedding quality. Overall, low bedding quality compared to competition plus noise issues renders this property below a 3 star in my view.”
