“It's a nice hotel in a central location, but for the price, I expected free wireless in my room (it was $12.95 for 24 hours); free or discounted valet parking (it was $23.00/day); and complimentary breakfast. Another huge turnoff was the Evian water in my room--available to me at $4.50 per bottle--an outrageous price and really bad PR for the hotel. They provided water bottles in the gym--those same bottles should have been provided in the rooms. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again simply because the lack of amenities is a major issue for a hotel.”

“Loved the room, nice view and very clean. Very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was way overpriced and well below expectations for the prices they set. The parking is also an issue. It is rather expensive, but the valet crew is great. This is an ideal hotel for business, but not too family oriented. I would recommend this hotel for business trips.”

“This hotel was just okay. I was disappointed in the size of the bathroom, and especially the lack of counter space. The room itself was large, which made the tiny bathroom seem even more out of place. The valet parking was pricier than other hotels in the downtown area and the valets all seemed very young and not very knowledgeable or helpful about the process. I was sick one day of my stay, the gift shop was out of both stomach and headache medicine, and the front desk said they could not help me if the gift shop was out. Later, I learned there was a CVS just down the block. I felt the front desk should have at least recommended the CVS to me, since they could not help me. Also, there was a weird odor throughout the hotel (lobby, rooms, etc.). It smelled like a candle or perfume of some sort, but I am sensitive to smells and it just made me nauseous.”

“This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Parking fee. Since I had paid so little for the room this was acceptable. The parking is valet and it was nice to call down and have my car waiting for me. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel.”

“Very enjoyable stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, including valet parking staff. They made my two days there hassle free and enjoyable. Rooms are well decorated with black and white photos of the city. Free internet in downstairs lounge is a wonderful idea. You can use the internet while having a coffee or drink.”

“Overall our stay was average. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when we went to go to bed on our first night, we found stains on the comforter, black hairs on the pillow shams, and on the head board. The next day the maid did not come to our room until after 3pm, and she acted as if she would rather not clean our room. I wonder what this hotel would be like if all of their staff was as nice as the people in the lobby. I would stay there again, but only if there were no other rooms in the area.”
