  • The location was great. The restaurant and staff were excellent.
  • Rooms could have been a little bigger.

  • Very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
  • Required valet charge of $23 per day. No option to park on your own.

“ Very nice hotel. Very modern. The only thing I didn't like is the required $23 valet parking. There is no parking on your own unless you would know a local public parking area which we didn't. ”

  • Valet parking is the ONLY option. Tube TVs in a 4star?

“Don't get me wrong, this is a really nice hotel, but a 4 star rating? Give me a break! Who rates these places?
Old tube style TVs! and the only option for parking is valet at $23! If I was going in and out fine, but just staying overnight.”

  • Very courteous staff!
  • Valet parking - even though we phoned ahead, car was not ready at time of checkout.

“Hotel was very clean, staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. No problems with the Priceline reservations. We felt safe in the hotel and general area. I would definitely return to this hotel and will use Priceline in the future.”

  • The king size bed with lots of pillows.
  • Expensive wireless, expensive parking.

“Very nice accommodations. Best for business travelers on a business account. Leisure travelers are better off at a La Quinta.”

  • The ambiance and staff was uplifting.
  • The bathroom was too small, the water was too cold, and there are no tanks on the toilets.

“The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was decorated stylishly. The amenities were pleasant. The room service was quick. My only disgruntle is about the size of the bathroom. I stayed in a junior suite, and the bathroom was located in a tight corner, shaped in a triangle. I am thin and felt cramped. If you are XL in size, you will be uncomfortable.”

  • Very nice, inviting lobby.
  • Room had no bathtub.

“While I thought the hotel was fine, I certainly don't think it deserves a 4 start. For 4-stars I expect amenities above and beyond the usual and I certainly expect the bathroom to have a tub and not just a stall shower.”

  • Upscale and convenient.
  • Bar tender was not able to make a very popular drink he had never heard of a ceaser. Very popular drink in Canada.

  • Nice linens and comfortable beds. Made good use of small room downtown location.
  • The hot tub was not hot -- unhealthy temperature. Half of he elevators were shut off at peak check-out time.
