• Location.
• Service.

“The front desk clerk gave an individual a key to my room when that person's name was not on the room, nor were there instructions to give that person a key. In addition to that, he did not ask for Photo ID. Also, inside the room, drawers were falling off when pulled. For many reasons, safety included, I would
not recommend staying here.”

• The hotel was more than I expected.
• The lobby area took away from the rest of the hotel.

“The hotel was clean, neat and comfortable, including the bed. The hotel personnel were very courteous and helpful. The lobby area was way too small and unappealing.”

• The price was amazing for the numerous amenities!
• Could use some updating for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.

“The location was very close to medical city hospital, and very easy to navigate to. Even lost we were able to find the hotel! The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of amenities! The bathroom was very open and large. The bed looked and felt great; plenty of blankets and pillows! Just an overall "best bang for the buck!"”

• I liked the location, cleanliness, and amenities. (Washer, dryer, and store).
• Liked everything!

• Close to the Galleria Mall.
• The only clean room 1 time a week.

“The only clean room and refresh towels 1 time a week. No continental breakfast.”

• Nice sized rooms, good location for our needs, great value for the money.
• Our only complaint was that the bathroom wasn't completely cleaned.

“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. it was very easy to find, and a convenient location to shopping and dining locations. the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is a bonus. our only complaint was that there were some hairs and dirt in the bathroom around the edge of the room. we have stayed in this hotel before and compared to others in the area, this seems for us to be the best value for the quality.”

• Smell, clean.
• Woman at front desk in the morning, all other staff were very friendly.

“It was very clean smelled very good, in nice area, make sure to bring most snacks etc., but there is a pantry that is not to over priced. I loved my stay and would stay there again. I also loved the DVD or VCR player with a free library to borrow movies from. For an extended stay I would highly recommend this hotel.”
