• There were restaurants & shopping nearby.

“It was clean and the rooms were big & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful and the breakfast was free & delicious. Also hotel transportation was excellent.”

• Location to the airport we were on top floor. Jets flying over is noisy.

• Full kitchen with dishes.

“Nothing better than this hotel for the family traveler. We can cook according to our family's tastes and enjoy the continental breakfast. They gave the dinner from Monday to Wednesday. We arrived on Wednesday, we could save the money and time.”

• Lots of room, good price.
• Air conditioning did not work well at all.

“Close to the airport, good free breakfast, free internet. The rooms are nice sized and you can get an extra twin bed rolled in for no charge. Only complaint was that our air conditioner did not work well at all. We called but no one was available to work on it.”

• Staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable about the area.

“For those who want to either save money on meals, or enjoy the quiet and convenience of eating by themselves the Residence Inns are the way to go.”

• The staff was outstanding. So helpful and friendly. The kitchen was convenient.
• The furniture is not high quality and not very new.

“This hotel met our travel needs. Being so close to Newark Airport, the planes are loud. By the second night, we didn't notice them. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is basically clean. We spent most of our days in NYC.”

• No Safety for your car.

“Lost my GPS left in my parked car. Thieves broke open my car. Worst neighborhood. More crime rate. Do not leave any valuable in the car.”

• Parking is a little difficult to get in and out of.

“The free shuttle bus to the airport was a great asset because we went to NY city to sight-see. Free breakfast buffet was great. Food was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cozy and nicely equipped.”

• The front desk staff is not always welcoming.

“I have stayed at the hotel four times. I enjoy my stay at the hotel but the staff is inconsistent in their demeanor. The shuttle drivers need courtesy tips.”

• Very convenient to Newark airport. Airport shuttle was convenient and always on time.
• Not much else in the immediate vicinity.

“Very nice, convenient, airport hotel. Great airport shuttle available 24 hours a day. Rooms are spacious, clean and appear new. Good hot breakfast served each morning. Very nice stay.”
