• Nice hotel, good location but there was no hot water.
• No hot water.

“This hotel is nice and its location is nice. However, there was no hot water on 2 days of our 3 day stay. When we called the front desk on the first day the receptionist said she would call us right back, we never heard from her. On the second day without hot water, the front desk told us to right a letter because he cannot get the manager to do anything about it. Sounds like an ongoing problem.”

• It was right off the highway.
• There was a one inch gap between the hotel door and the floor to the outside. I was worried that something could have crawled or slithered inside!

“Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean but older. I would not have stayed here had I known about the gap between the floor and door. The bathroom was small.”

• Proximity to Phillies spring training site.
• Not a clean, comfortable experience.

“You get what you pay for. I would never return or recommend this particular hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facilities and room were deplorable. Next time I¿m in Clearwater, I¿ll probably go to the Radisson. Several people I spoke with highly recommended staying there.”

• It was close to where I wanted to be visiting.
• Loud AC, broken TP holder, broken coffee pot, broken shower handle.

“Will not be returning to this hotel. They took a photo copy of my drivers license and I had to contact the corp. office to find out why they needed to have a copy. I understand the need to check an ID, but not copy my drivers and have my charge card information also. I was not given a receipt at check out.”
