• Nicely appointed, nice kitchen newly redecorated, convenient to mall and our family.
• Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher,but so few dishes and silverware, you wash after a meal.

“Nicely appointed, newly redecorated, convenient to mall and route 95. We used handicapped room and it was very adequate unlike some we have stayed in.”

• Halls and elevator were not cool.

• No maid service on the weekends.

“It was clean and with a friendly staff. No maid service on weekends. No restaurant and heating unit was so loud, each time it came on it would drown out the TV.”

• The free laundry machines that is included in the room charges.
• Cannot think on anything that was unsatisfactory.

“I was very impressed with the staff and the room at Candlewood Suites. The hotel did not have a restaurant but had a honesty pantry. There was quite a good selection of food available. I enjoyed the indoor gym and the use of the complimentary washers and dryers. Each room has a refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and set of silverware and nice dishes. The rooms are very clean and this hotel was in the exact area that I needed to be in. I had a wonderful stay here and was very comfortable in the room. The room also had a VCR and DVD player which we used to show a movie. I actually returned to this hotel on my return trip from Maine as the comfort and price are hard to beat. Thanks to all the hard work of the employees at Candlewood that go above and beyond the normal service to make your stay one that is very satisfying.”

• It was close to my business location.
• Rooms & service was pathetic.

“Frankly I selected this hotel because I got a good price; this hotel was just 2 min walking distance from my business location. Hotel rooms are small and service isnt good. So if you are looking for all the comforts and leisure than this place is not for you.”

• Difficult to find; no heat in room.

“Street address of hotel is misnomer. You have to go on two separate side streets to find hotel entrance which does not have a lighted sign. First assigned room had a malfunctioning room heater; reassigned room had a very noisy heater and lingering cigarette smoke.”

“This hotel is in a great location for trips to Boston. The alewife t stop is a short drive away. The overall condition of the hotel and room were very good. I would not hesitate to return to this property.”

• The price was amazingly cheap for the size of the room.
• The door key didn't work when I got to the room.

“Overall this hotel was budget friendly and very huge! It was a small suite that had a mini kitchen. Cupboards, fridge, microwave, stove, you name it. So if you plan on staying a while this is the place! There is also a DVD/CD player in the room which would be perfect if you have children. I am definitely satisfied with the stay and will come again!”

• No maintenance on weekends.

“This hotel is geared for long-term stay with full kitchens. I travel on weekends, does a grocery shop on the way in and I'm set. No frills basically. The exercise room is a perk. Beware! There are no maintenance persons available on the weekends (only cleaning) so if something goes wrong, they don't fix it, but will offer to give you another room.”

• Being able to workout while traveling and cooking your own meals.
• The food in the lobby store is a little expensive.

“Overall, I am pleased with my stay at your facility. I feel safe, the place is clean, and it is very close to my place of business. I will continue to use your facility when in town and would recommend it to friends.”

• Nothing.
• Not exactly a hotel, room service only once a week.

“No hotel services. Room service only once a week, so if you stay for a few days you have to make your room and get fresh towels at the front desk.”
