• I just love HGI - not too fancy just right.
• The parking was not REAL convenient.

• Hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke

• The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.
• On arrival there was a large number of people trying to check in and only one clerk.

“Very nice atmosphere and the accommodations were great! The restaurant staff was a little slow the night we checked in but the food was good.”

• Quiet but convenient to airport.
• Desk clerk gave me wrong directions to airport.

“We live 2 hours from Atlanta and had to be at the airport at 8 Sunday morning. Traffic up there can be an obstacle, so we thought it safest to spend the night before. The neighborhood around the airport is kind of dicey, so safety was a concern. We were very pleased with our lodgings. The hotel was spotless, very quiet, and we never saw anyone on the premises that didn't look like they belonged there. The only problem I had was with the desk clerk giving me bad directions to the airport.”

• Ceilings and my vent in bathroom needed repairing.

“I love staying at the Hilton garden inn. It is the most comfortable hotel as far as bedding, I have ever stayed in. The buffet breakfast is awesome.”
