• Wow! The beauty was really great and the Ymca down the street that you can use.
• Nothing.

• The price.
• The lobby was like a cheap motel, there were cigarette burns on the carpet, the recliner, the bathroom sink and the kitchen countertop.

“They had a snack bar that cost for everything except the coffee. The room was a little tight for 4 people. The weight room was nice and the free laundry machine but the lobby was very unwelcoming, tiny and felt like a cheap motel. For the price it was ok but we won't stay there again. It was a little hard to see my children around cigarette burns.”

“Although the location and staff were perfect, the check in time should have been addressed before the reservation was made. Had I known the check in time I would not have booked with this hotel.”

• It's location, and in-room living efficiencies.

“This is the first that I've experienced a hotel with room efficiencies of that magnitude. It made our living experience quite economical and convenient.”

• Nothing special -clean.
• Refused to find us a non smoking room.

“Very disappointing in the service and personnel. Said we ordered a smoking room with a single bed. It was the only room left she said that the rest of weekend was booked. Luckily got and extra pillow and blanket to sleep on the floor. No extra roll always.”
