• The safety, the use of the card key to access the elevator to the floor my room was located.
• The ticking sound of the AC unit.

“This was very clean and staff very well to assist in any way possible. For me the safety feature implemented to access the floors made me feel very safe.”

• Swimming pool, cleanliness, most office staff.
• Wireless charge for room and refusal to allow use of baggage carts.

“Very clean and well located hotel ideal for business travelers with the exception of extra fee for wireless in the room. The pool was great and most of the staff went out of their way to be friendly. However, I have a major pet peeve with bellhops who refuse to let quests use the baggage carts. Times are tough for small business and I'd rather not drop $10 on bellhop tips when I'm able bodied and can wheel up my own luggage.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were great. Starbucks coffee in the room. Great TV.
• The bathroom was old looking and it looked like it had been fixed up by a child. But everything was very clean.

“I would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable bed and nice staff.”

• The hotel was ideally placed in the city. It was clean and nicely furnished.
• The air system needed a dehumidifier. Our room never got comfortably cool. Lowering the thermostat cooled the room, but the room still felt damp.

“The hotel was easy to get to, ideally placed in the city where you could readily access highways and the interstate. It is also close to a variety of nice and reasonable places to dine. We would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.”

• The bed was comfortable. The curtains darkened well.
• Tub is peeling. AC went out on a whole floor.

“Staff is friendly. Pool is very large and nice. Floor was relatively quiet except for door closings.”

• Beautiful, clean room very tastefully decorated.
• Sign in covered parking area stating that you park there at your own risk.

“The hotel appeared to be rather new. The room was decorated tastefully and up-to-date. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.”

• The front desk staff was very gracious and accommodating. They really wanted to be sure we were comfortable and gave us an upgrade.
• The mattress was not firm enough for our taste.

“Overall, the staff was extremely accommodating. There was a very nice interior courtyard pool area that our two boys enjoyed very much. There was easy access to the highway and area restaurants without the noise of traffic. Good for business traveler or family getaways.”

• Very clean hotel, spacious room, nice workout room.
• Took until after 4:45pm for maids to clean our room!

“I would give this hotel an 7-8 out of 10. The only concern I had was with how long it took to get our room cleaned! The hotel was not that busy and it took until 4:45 pm to get clean linens and freshen up room !”

• The bed was very comfortable and the room was organized well for business/work.
• There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. It was great.

“I had a great experience, was in Atlanta for business and found the hotel to be in a great centralized location with easy access. The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities that I needed. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again if I am in the area.”

• Friendly staff; free happy hour buffet on Wednesdays.
• Gym could have a coupld more machines in it.

“Great hotel for business travelers. Clean, safe (police station across street). Good location - one can walk to Publix, Rite Aid, and Willie's (Mexican food).”

• Restaurant service was poor.
• Service was unfriendly, not attentive.

“Facilities (lobby, pool) were nice. The staff was not very friendly (specifically restaurant and lounge). Also, for a brand new hotel, I did not expect the tub to be stained, poor tile work in bathrooms. Also, floors were dirty upon check in. Service was below par of what I would have expected. Will not stay there again in the Atlanta perimeter area.”

• Parking - not close to front door.

“Customer service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I travel frequently for business & enjoyed the hospitable spirit of the employees. There was plenty of parking but it was all around the side and back & not close to the entrance of the hotel which meant carrying my bags to and from the parking lot - not fun at the end of a long day.”

• Convenient location, easy access to all of Atlantas interstate highways as well as dining and shopping.
• The hotel should include free wireless internet service in room.

• Upscale, close to train station, shopping mall. Very clean, friendly accommodating and met my expectations for the price.

“This hotel was renovated and they did an excellent job on the colors, furniture and style. It had a really clean look throughout the hotel including the pool area. Everything was well done. The staff was really friendly which is always nice when you are on business travel. Great hotel I will recommend that my business associates stay at this hotel.”

• We received a room with a few problems, a lesser room, but the staff repaired them.

“Very convenient to Dunwoody & Sandy Springs. Exceptionally helpful, friendly, efficient staff. The restaurant is excellent, they gave us substitutions to accommodate our South Beach & diabetes.”
