• Location is the best near I-4 and Mall.
• Need snacks in the refrigerator.

“Infested with roaches & other bugs (upon return, we opened luggage and set off insect fogger in car before taking luggage into our home). None or poor English speaking staff. Did not meet internet description re "pet friendly". Night clerk failed to notify day clerk about late check-out arrangements. Night clerk failed to notify day clerk about pets.”

• The cleanliness and the amenities, such as the microwave and fridge and the big shower.
• Everything was great.

“If you are looking for a clean, safe place to rest your head while on business or with family, this Days Inn is a great selection. It will exceed your expectations because it certainly exceeded mine. Although it is surrounded by top quality restaurants and fast-food stops, the motel is tucked away in a quiet setting. The rooms are very clean and include a refrigerator and a microwave, plus a large walk-in shower. I was very impressed.”

• I chose this hotel strictly for its location. It was close to where I needed to be, also there was many restaurants within walking distance.
• The room was small & dank. I was tempted to request another room but since my stay was only for 1 day I decided to tolerate it.

“I had stayed at this location a few years ago & at that time I was completely satisfied with everything. It appears that the overall condition has deteriorated. Most of the guests appeared to be construction workers who were there long term, which may account for the poor quality of the premises. The walls were paper thin; the room wasn't clean and smelled. To quote an infamous line of Bette Davis from her movie out of the woods, "what a dump"!”

• Showerhead was great!
• Carpet felt and was dirty.

“Friendly staff! I checked in and out in seconds. The hotel was in a great location for my business purposes! There were a lot of restaurants and nice shopping areas! It was very close to the Interstate, so I didn't have to drive very far too get to my business meeting. My room was clean but smelled moldy and the carpet felt dirty. I think it was a little over priced, but ultimately it was a fine one night stay.”

• The only thing I liked was the art work in the pool and the fountain statue in the courtyard.
• Everything!

“This hotel is not good at all. The rooms are very small and dirty. Their form of paper work is very off. They have you sign a piece of notebook paper as a receipt for the room and keys. You get no print out and are left to believe that everything is ok but you really do not know and the walls are so thin that every time a person would go in or out of their rooms, it sounded like they were coming in to yours. Also, the bathrooms are very small, no room to move at all. So, in a nutshell, it is a very bad hotel!”

• Horrible management, unprofessional staffs that cuss at customers like sailors!

“Management- the day manger (a woman) was one of the worst managers I have ever run across. I will never ever stay there again! I am handicapped and got cussed out by staff approved by management because I took extra time to get ready and was late to check out. I was not rude. I just told them what time I would be ready by. The knocks on the door and the phone calls increased exponentially until finally one "gentleman" cussed me out disgustingly. Do yourself a favor and please do not ever go to a place with a staff as thoroughly unprofessional as this!”

• It was conveniently located to downtown Orlando. Nice places surrounding hotel.
• Got a smoking room and I did not smoke.

“There are also some nice restaurants and things to do right around the resort and you can get to downtown Orlando in about 10 minutes without traffic.”
