“We were packing up in the morning and I found a bed bug crawling in the sheets. I showed it to the manager, (who promptly got rid of it), and he basically said that I could have brought it in myself. He did not offer compensation for the nights stay or for the cost of the laundry that inevitably had to be done immediately. We also had to cut our vacation short to go home because of this. I would have rather paid double for a guarantee of no bed bugs than have to live with a fear of having brought them home. The internet did not work either. The room barely had room for our portable crib. The continental breakfast was okay, until I lost interest because there were so many ants crawling on the carpet. Guests were lined-up steadily by the single toaster, which made my older kids grow louder and louder. The bathroom was not so clean - the shower curtain was too long and had mold stains along the bottom as did the bathtub. The tub was also kind of small, making it difficult to bathe my kids. The fridge was a nice size (double the size of the small ones that can fit under a desk). The room also came with a clean microwave and a coffee machine.”

“The hotel was economical and located within 12 minutes of the event I was attending. The immediate surrounding area looked fairly rundown and unappealing. I checked in near midnight and found that the night attendant seemed irritated to have to deal with a customer. The room itself was clean, towels and soaps were replaced daily. The bed was made using a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet, this caused some problems sleeping as the sheet kept moving around.”

“This hotel fairly easy to find from Rt 22, 15th St exit. Look up at the tree line on the right and you will see the Quality Inn sign. I arrived an hour before check in, but the very nice woman at the desk let me check in early. There are no restaurants around that I could see, but there was a minifridge and small microwave in the room. The elevator was slow, small and loud. The 2-queen bed room was small and appeared to be clean although it was pretty shabby. I felt safe. You will hear the occasional plane flying overhead. The heater, fan in the room was loud, and it was tricky to control the temperature. The bed was comfortable enough, although some people will think it is on the harder side. There was a fitness room, but I didn't check it out. The continental breakfast was very basic: cereal, fruit, toast, waffles the frozen kind, toast, coffee, juice, condiments. Someone should have been around to keep the kitchenette tidy while guests were eating. The hotel would look a lot better if they cleaned the outside of the windows. All in all, as a single traveler attending a conference, it was 'good enough'. It is not a place to go on vacation, unless you are budget-minded and will not be spending much time in the room.”

“Even thought I don't have much money, I threw money away by not staying at this motel the second night. I felt unsafe. There were many shady characters hanging around, loud noises at all hours, bad smells. It was the worst experience Ive ever had in a hotel. Next time Im camping.”

“I refused to stay in the room. I had booked a non-smoking room and the assigned room assaulted us with a strong smoke smell that was nauseating the minute we opened the door. No other rooms were available and the manager is aware as to why we did not stay and said that he would approve the refusal to stay the night.”

“The room reeked of smoke so only other room was wheelchair access. Room which the bathroom was not to our liking freezing cold, no heat in it, no countertop at all or places in shower to put anything. But the room was clean and nice. Don't stay there if you don't smoke.”
