• Lack of upkeep.

“Stayed at the motel in the past. It was much cleaner and kept up better. Covers were missing from outlets. Faucet handle came apart. Toilet came apart. Returned to room to find door left open by cleaning staff. Staff on duty seemed to care less when issues brought to their attention. Computers in main lounger were down and hot tub jets not working properly. What was once a nice play to stay is in dire need of repairs and staff that are more concerned for their guests.”

• Computer service was out of order my entire stay!

• Spacious rooms-Good breakfast-friendly help.
• A/C was very noisy-turned on & off often and didn't cool room.

“I like staying in Boling brook on my visits to Chicago. It's away from the crowded city. On checking in, be sure to check the A/C. Rooms are clean, didn't use the pool but it looked inviting.”

• Very pleasant and kind! Extremely pet friendly to my puppy--a miniature daschund.
• Our room window view was lacking as it appeared outward to only the green awning and overhang--not much of a sight.

• The hotel room was comfortable.
• Front desk clerk didn't have a clue, couldn't find reservation, wasn't busy but check in took 30 min. at 1:00 in the morning.

“Road construction and truck traffic on highway 53 made this hotel difficult to enter and leave. Room was clean. It is affordable and Chicago events are within an hour's drive if traffic is good.”

• Very quiet - room was spacious and clean - breakfast better than normal continental breakfast and breakfast room nice and clean - staff friendly
• Lobby small - would have liked a comfortable reading chair in my room

“I was surprised and pleased with the quality of the room - spacious and clean. Was a very quiet room, even A/C was quiet. This (along with black out curtains) made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was better than the usual. Staff friendly and efficient. I had a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel to friends.”

“The hotel was nice enough, but there were a couple of times that I was denied or delayed in receiving a normal request. My mother-in-law arrived the day before, but I could not get a key to the room without her permission even though the room was in my name. Later, when I requested extra pillows, I was told that I would have to wait to see if the request could be approved. I waited for nearly an hour before they arrived, even though my request was late in the evening, with no other pressing business. Outside of these incidences, the stay was satisfying.”

“The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The continental breakfast was very good, the pool and hot tub were clean , the room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. A GREAT DEAL!”
