• The room was nicely decorated and have conveniences in the kitchenette.
• The hallways were very noisy all through the night.

“We will not stay at this hotel again because of the noisiness that lasted well into the early morning hours. The hotel rooms lacked sufficient sound-proofing to block the comings and goings of other guests.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very large.
• Found a roach in our room.

“The room was very large, we loved the extra space. The bed was a little small, but it was fine. The bathroom was great, so much room. It was perfect for two to get ready at the same time. The hotel is very private, you have to have a key to get on your floor. Everything was so clean. We were surprised when we found the roach, but he probably got in from out side. They had free DVDs you could borrow. The small kitchen in the room helped save on money eating out. Over all it was a great experience, and we look forward to staying again!”

• The location.
• Smell was horrible, shower didn't work and filthy room.

“Do not stay here. Our shower did not work. There is no one to help you before 7:00 am and after 11:00 p.m.”

• Comfortable & roomy. Crisp linen and fluffy pillows.
• We needed a roll a way and none were available.

“Staff was accommodating. Linens and blankets crisp and clean. Even though there wasnt a free breakfast, most items from pantry were reasonably priced.”

• Kitchen facilities plus Cupboard made it very convenient.
• Parking. Most parking was not close to single entrance.

“It was more than I expected for the price. The bed and pillows were great (one of the things I judge a motel/hotel by). Clean and comfortable.”

• It was close to my partners work and restaurants were not to far.
• It only had one elevator the exits where to far to the rooms.

“I like the hotel because it was close to my partners work and didn't have to travel too far for a restaurant. The room was very good. I would stay again at this hotel. The staff was friendly and my partner will be willing to stay here again. Thanks.”

• It was very nice, and the staff was super friendly!
• There wasn't anything we didn't like!

“From check in to check out, the staff was really nice. They have a little DVD rental collection, a complimentary laundry facility, and an awesome sundries place! The room was great too. Would love to stay here again!”

• Awesome price, awesome room, excellent access to the airport, great experience.
• This is an extended stay hotel, no swimming pool (indoor or out).

“Awesome room, close to the airport, a buffet style restaurant close by, many other places to eat with in a safe short walk around the corner.”

• Pillows!, good beds, new bedspreads and
  free Internet.
• No covered entrance so hit with pouring down rain.

• Includes kitchen, DVD/VCR, nice bedding.
• Smells like cigarettes.

“Good location, friendly, excellent bedding - a real comforter, lots of soft pillows, nice sheets. La-Z-Boy in room along with DVD/VCR. Has a room full of reasonably priced food and drinks.”

• Laundry facilities.
• 3:00 check in is too late.

“The room was large. The TV could be viewed from the bathroom. The full size fridge with freezer was put to good use. Overall I felt very much at home.”

• Very clean, loved having kitchen and videos, used 24-hour store, found staff to be very friendly/helpful.
• You need a car and can't walk to great shops in south congress neighborhood. Also doesn't have a pool.
