• Had a stove and microwave and sink to cook with.
• The front office staff was not too friendly, you had to go ask for toilet paper and soap and towels from the front office. No room service at all.

“In general, it was ok. The room was very small and we made the boys sleep in the broken bed (sagged in the middle). The kitchen area was nice to have and make breakfast, but there were only 2 chairs so we had to take turns eating at table. No room service what so ever was kind of a drag, I found myself cleaning house every day and picking up wet towels off floor.”

• Location of motel.
• Other room noise, cold showers.

“Motel is located in a great spot, in gateway I5 area, however the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations, other TVs, and other tenants next to above and below you. (I was on floor 2 of 3). If you need a place to crash its ok. If you are looking for anything else, look elsewhere.”

• The room was clean and had more amenities than I expected.
• There was smoking allowed in four rooms on our floor. It stunk in the hallway.

“Staff is very courteous; the room was clean; the parking was adequate; convenient from I-5 (I was attending an event in Eugene) and Eugene; coffee and continental breakfast was convenient.”

• Great size room with attractive furnishings.
• Water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust.

“After a less than stellar check-in, I was unaware that check in didn't start until 1pm. I was very happy with the room. It was the largest room I have stayed in, which I appreciated having two young children. The only complaint was the shower. I ended up with lukewarm water. The front desk clerk said she would let the owners know about the problem as I was not the only one with temperamental water.”
