• I loved the lady, behind the desk was very friendly and helpful.
• Breakfast lady could smile a little more.

“I have been in this hotel a couple months due to work. The hotel stay has been very nice and the staff has been great. One staff member is awesome and gives meaning to southern hospitality, she always has a smile and kind word and is very helpful and has made our stay so much better. I also like the idea they are family and pet friendly and very laid back and not stuffy.”

• Right off interstate; convenient to restaurants; easy drive south out of town.
• Bathroom sink in bedroom! Who came up with this design?

“Nice place; nice people; but another of these designs with sink in bedroom! Dumb. No privacy and how does staff keep carpet sanitary? Outdoor pool closed for maintenance during our 3-night stay in mid-July.”

• Clean, spacious, well-decorated.
• The 5th floor lobby was uncomfortably hot.

“Great place for a weekend getaway. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and well decorated. It is close to Fall Creek Falls State Park, which we enjoyed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast lady was pleasant and kept items stocked. Waffles would have been a nice addition. Great experience!”

• For the most part it was clean. The breakfast was good. Good Location.
• The lady working the breakfast area was a bit on the grouchy side and a bit rude.

“The hotel stay was an overall good one. The room could have been cleaner but it was acceptable. The breakfast was great for families. There was a good selection to choose from. The location was great and easy to locate. The staff seemed to be nice with the exception of the lady working the breakfast area. Overall it was a good stay and we would visit again.”

• Great amenities with a wake-up call, continental breakfast along with newspaper and television coverage available in the lobby area plus, gym use.
• No small refrigerator in hotel room.
