• Close to beach and in walking distance to town.
• Pool needs to be updated.

“This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. There have been many new improvements since my first visit. Two much updated rooms have been added of which one I stayed in. perfect for honeymooners with a Jacuzzi. Staff tries to accommodate your needs. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and there are no other motels around to crowd you.”

“This resort was recommended for our only vacation for the year. We were very happy there. We had a wonderful vacation; on the second floor you can see the ocean. The other guests were very friendly.”

“The location of the Oceanside Beach Resort was great! The staff was alright. The rooms were standard, not the biggest and not the cleanest. What I got a kick out of was while checking in, the women at the counter asked my family if we would be staying 4 in a room, because there might not be enough towels. Overall, the hotel was OK but the location was great.”

• It is right on the beach.
• The hotel needs a lot of repairs.

“First of all, we rented a room with two double beds which we got. But because we were four people (my wife and I plus our two teenagers), we were charge another 40$ for 2 glasses and 2 towels. When we got there, the person at the counter was impolite and implied that internet reservation are always incorrectly filled which I took was the guest fault. Also, the shower was inadequate, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the screen door of the patio door was broken.”

• There was a horrible sanitary problem with sewage leaking.

“We were very dissatisfied with our stay- there was a sewer problem and the smell was atrocious-we could not walk from the car to the room without gagging. The accommodations were small and old. The pictures on the Internet are the parts that are being refurbished-not our room and the pool was not usable- it hadn't been inspected yet-Memorial Day weekend.”

• The staff really bent over backward to accommodate us. Above the call of duty. Would Gladly recommend hotel.
• I can't. really an amazing place with fantastic people.

“Probably the worst hotel I ever checked into. My stay lasted long enough to find other accommodations. Do not sign anything unless you see what you are getting. Don't be fooled by the glowing reviews I don't know where they stayed. Dirty rooms, holes in screens, garbage overflowing. All this for close to 300 a night. I was taken but I hope no one else ever is. Stay away.”
