• Bedding was very clean.
• Back entrance leading to rooms was not secure.

“It's a modest place with a nice pool. The room was very clean and the shower was terrific (exceptional water pressure)! The staff was very nice and the complimentary breakfast bar was well stocked with cereal, bagels, breads, yogurt, fresh fruit & juice etc. It was a good and I would definitely stay here again.”

• Quiet, good soundproofing from hallway/surrounding rooms and highway traffic, clean and modern beds and bathrooms.
• No landscaping or outdoor amenities (e.g. swimming pool or sitting area), parking for rear building was inconvenient, poor lighting on paths.

“Hotel staff was helpful with downtown maps for Waterville, nearby museums and dinner suggestions. The town has a lot more character than the area right off the Maine turnpike where the hotel is located. But the hotel works well if you need a quick overnight stop. The rooms are clean, the bedding and towels are new, the staff was very friendly and efficient.”

• Nicely renovated rooms.
• Broken window sash, pool under construction, for the 3rd consecutive year.

“Bad experience: a water main apparently broke in the town, flooding the rooms with brown water. Hotel staff defensive and curt-- (beyond our control) and uninterested in smart public relations, such as another night's stay, genuine sincere apologies, etc.).”

• It was noisy, could hear every door open and shut.

• Rooms were very clean and well kept.
• Bathrooms looked their age and could use a face lift.

“Hotel was easy to get to with shopping and restaurants nearby. Rooms were very well kept with the bathrooms showing their age. Extremely friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.”

• The friendly staff and cleanliness.
• I got 2 queen beds instead of 1 king.

“The hotel stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. When we first got there the bathroom sink stopper was broken. I let them know and the problem was fixed by the time I got back for the day. I would stay at this location again in the future.”

• I loved that it was right off the highway.
• Where the lobby was located.

“This hotel was very nice. It had a very good breakfast. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a very good location with lots of conveniences being right off the highway. I would recommend this hotel. The price was very affordable.”
