• Friendly staff, easy to get to and
  nice room.

“Friendly staff. I have driven by many times and admired the location from a far. I would stop again. Did not get a chance to try the café, must be good, full all morning.”

• The restaurant which may or may not have been owned by hotel, HBO cable.
• Room smelled like stale smoke.

• I did not care for this hotel.
• We where put In an overflow building.

• Somewhat attractive location (if you don't look at the highway), great A/C.
• Small bathroom, site of highway.

“If you like to be away from Freeport, yet still be somewhat accessible, and you have a family and/or pet accompanying you, this may be the place for you. I do not recommend it for a romantic getaway or if you are averse to pets. The breakfast at the restaurant was not satisfactory. The eggs were runny, the coffee was stale and the waitress consistently forgot items we ordered. And the wheat toast is not wheat; it's a crusty white bread. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and heat were very good.”

• It had a playground for our grandchildren.
• The pool was too deep and very slippery on the bottom.

“This hotel was ok, but seems to need some structural work. The floors felt unstable in the hallways as we were walking. The pool was way too deep for a hotel pool with no lifeguard. There was a drop-off that was so slick on the bottom that caused a bit of a panic as my son was holding our two grandchildren in the water and all of a sudden it dropped off and they were all going under.”

• Quiet, conveniently located.
• Checkout at 11 am instead of noon.

• Great location.
• The view overlooking the parking lot.

“Are pets allowed? - There should be specific rooms then that are used. Since people can be highly allergic to pets and we saw a couple loads their cat back into their vehicle that is disgusting to think they let pets and their dander in all over the rooms.”

• We liked the fact that it had a family restaurant on site.
• Can't think of anything.

“The hotel was close to everything and not in the middle of a busy area. We enjoyed the pleasant view and the quiet in a hectic world.”

• Rooms were clean! Easy to get to. Nice area!
• There was a slight order of cigarette smoke in the hallway.

“Our stay was very nice. I was very pleased that this hotel let pets stay with their families. Our daughter had to bring her little dog with her and we switched from another hotel to be with her and her family. One more thing, this hotel did not have a pet odor.”
