• Staff went out of their way each time we requested a service - example picked us up with shuttle when we returned our rental car.
• Hard to find your way in corridors.

“This a nice midrange hotel in Portland ME. All the amenities are well maintained. It is clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff is excellent.”

• It was clean, good amenities, close to restaurants and shopping; right off highway.
• Did not serve complimentary breakfast.

• Not a great location, but was 20 minutes to downtown Portland. Room had great blackout curtains. Nice indoor, outdoor pools.
• The hotel was adequate at best. Did not have a king bed as requested and the bathroom was quite small.

“This hotel which was listed as close to the airport, was indeed not that close to the airport. The staff was accommodating. A requested crib was not in our room upon arrival but came soon after. We had requested a king bed but received two double beds instead. It's located across from a shopping center which can come in handy, but otherwise the location was not great. We would most likely not stay there again.”
