• Room size was large and nicely decorated.
• Exterior seemed outdated.

“Pleasantly surprised once we saw our room. The exterior of the building seemed old so we were concerned the room would feel tattered and old, but it was nicely decorated and quite a nice size.”

• The closeness to the shopping and we enjoyed sitting around the lobby.
• There wasn't anything we didn't like.

“We truly enjoyed the stay, the room was beautiful the food was great but the service in the restaurant was very slow. Only one woman working and it was very busy.”

• Close to shopping and vendors.
• Dingy bathroom. Looked almost moldy in shower.

• The staff was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful. There were no children in sight, which for us was fabulous.

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and luxurious. The staff
was outstanding, they went out of their way to provide us with a room with a king bed and shuttled us to and from our dinner destination so we didn't have to drive or take a cab. The pool was great, sauna and hot tub were amazing. By far the best place we have stayed in Portland.”

• Hotel was close to airport and downtown.
• Nothing I did not like.

“Hotel was comfortable and more than adequate for a 1 night stay. We used the health club facility in the morning which while not large had 3 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 elliptical along with free weights and some machines. We were not here long, but would definitely stay again as the room was very nice and clean.”

• Clean rooms, courteous staff, and convenient location.
• No complaints on hotel, but road construction in front of hotel was inconvenient.

• The location was convenient as it was a day's drive from our home. We left the next morning to our final destination.
• No morning breakfast.

“We were able to find the hotel very quickly from #95. The front desk was quick and efficient. It met our needs for a one night stay and route to our final destination. We would stay again and would recommended it to others. That area is quite busy and difficult to find a room at the last minute.”

• The close proximity to restaurants and retailers made it easy to access without transportation.
• The inability to access certain channels on basic cable making it necessary to watch in the bar area.

“The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. They did miss a wake up call that I had requested. Very close to airports and the Maine Mall. Overall very good hotel.”

• Location, amenities, and cleanliness.
• Only issues was could not lower the temp of the room to our level of comfort.

“I find that the rooms are great and the beds are the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed at. I recommend this hotel to everyone.”
