• Wonderful self-serve breakfast room.
• Front desk said people calling for me would find me no problem, then they turned away one of my callers.

• The staff was not rude. Breakfast was ok.
• They are liars. They are money-hungry.

“The hotel should not be charging an extra fees for a non-smoking room. My wife is 8.5 months pregnant and they still charged us extra for a non-smoking room.”

• Close to airport and mall.
• Parking lot was not very big.

“The accommodations were very good. The room was nice and big and clean. It was very quiet which is hard to find at some motels.”

• We stayed here two years in a row during our District Assembly for the Church of the Nazarene. We were pleased with the breakfast; we'll be back!
• There's nothing that we did not like.

“We were very pleased both times that we stayed here. We recommended this motel to several others in our group & they were also pleased. The rooms were clean & attractive. We will be back next year for our Nazarene District Assembly.”

• The room was clean and comfortable.
• I did not like the fact that the shuttle van to the air port was so limited, and we had to leave two hours before we needed to in order to get a ride.

“The hotel was fine. We would have preferred to have slept in a bit longer but the shuttle van to the air port was limited so we had to take a 3 am van because all of the others were booked up. But the van had a child car seat and the staff was friendly. They were doing a remodel at the hotel so it will be even better soon. This is a fine hotel, but they need to have more air port runs or more than one van.”

“I have stayed at this hotel previously. It is fairly priced and convenient. But, the last time I stayed there was a question of additional charges (undervalued at check in) for "use of a safe". At that time (1 or 2 years ago) I was able to get a receipt at check out and caught the issue before I left. This time the desk person refused to give a receip(for any additional charges I "made to the room"). I told him that I would take him at his word but is there were additional charges on the card I would complain to everyone that I could and that I would not be back. So, once I returned home there was indeed a $5.00 charge. I've complained to the attorney general's consumer office for the state of Maine, I've complained to Days Inn Corporate head quarters, to my bank and now to you. Let's put it this way - some people may say, "hey, it's only $5.00". but, let's say this motel is doing this to everyone, 50 to 100 guests daily? Pretty soon it's not just petty theft it's grand larsony ($5 x 50 guests x 365 days = $91,250.).”

• The continental breakfast was great.
• The front desk personnel were less than friendly.

“Overall it was what we were looking for. It was convenient to the location we needed. The shower was awesome. The breakfast was great and the attendant was very pleasant.”

“The location of the Days inn was very convenient for my needs; I travel for business and leisure. The walls were very thin I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. Price wise I found it to be very pricey, the breakfast was nothing special.”

• Better than expected! Rooms and facility clean comfortable, staff friendly and helpful nothing fancy but served purpose.
• We weren't on vacation to stay in our room the room was clean and comfortable; it was a place to sleep and shower (better than expected).

“I was expecting anything spectacular and it wasn't... If you want luxury this is not the place to stay. If you are looking for a place to stay while your on vacation or business its perfect the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about area. I was pleasantly surprised by all of this. Location is great 1 min from Maine Mall, 15 min from Cape Elizabeth, 20 minutes from Freeport. If you are the type that looks at a hotel room as a place to sleep and shower between adventures and activities don't hesitate to reserve a room here. If staying in the room all day is your vacation looks elsewhere.”

• The hotel was older.

“Great location from the highway. Over priced for the hotel in the Portland area. The hotel is older and needs to be updated. The bed was slanted from the foot to the head board in a downward slant.”

• Staff was helpful; rooms were pretty big, free breakfast was great.
• Obviously hasn't been remodeled in a while, but was still comfortable.

“The location is convenient to I95 and not too far from the beach. Chili's is right next door and there's a Target and Wal-Mart, etc just a few blocks away. The staff was very helpful and the continental breakfast was great. The rooms were older but in decent shape. The area seemed safe and the bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again.”

• The staff was very helpful. The hotel includes continental breakfast, which was great. Lots of variety.
• The lobby is dismal & needs a complete overhaul. The front desk person was new & on her own. Needed more training & support.

“Hotel is simple, good value, not very convenient to DT Portland or the Old Port. The breakfast was terrific. If you aren't interested in a fancy hotel experience, it's just fine.”
