• The breakfast options were excellent and lots of little extras for the waffles, eggs, and oatmeal.

“Loved having the separate bedroom from the living/kitchen space. The breakfast was above normal and welcoming snacks late afternoon to enjoy.”

• I really didn't like anything about this hotel.
• I was unable to connect to the internet. I called guest services 2 times and got no satisfaction.

“I think it would be a good place for someone or family that wanted a kitchen in their bedroom. It wasn't what I expected. There was no restaurant on site.”

• Great location, great and friendly staff!

“Great place especially for little children. Room had everything we needed, even a full size refrigerator. Free breakfast was wonderful each day - with eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc! Great staff and great location to everything!”

• All staff were friendly, helpful, outgoing, and they went the extra mile!
• Hot tub wasn't very hot, and there was a lot of hair around the pool area.

“We enjoyed nearly everything about this hotel. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly. There were cute towel animals and notes from our housekeeper. The room was spacious and clean. Shower was great powerful and hot. Though we enjoyed the pool, it was not as clean as I'd have liked, and the hot tub was not as warm as I'd like a bath to be. We'd definitely stay here again.”

• Staff just got it! Room was fantastic!!
• Breakfast area was not large enough.

“This hotel went beyond our expectations. The staff were exceptional, especially the manager. He just exudes customer service. The room was fresh and clean and very spacious. We really appreciated the queen sized bed. Breakfast was very crowded, but we just took our items back to the room and ate at the bar in the kitchen! The only downside was that our plans didn't allow us to stay another night!”

• Room was immaculate and very nicely appointed.
• Hotel staff asked me if I was 'really staying there' in the morning at breakfast. Also someone came into our room one morning.

“Hotel is very clean with spacious efficiency type rooms, including very nice bed, office area, high speed internet, full kitchen, and bathroom. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful over the phone and with various requests. Very good location for commute to Portland and excellent hot buffet breakfasts. Nice atmosphere. I had two incidents with hotel staff asking when I was checking out or if I was 'really staying there' which was embarrassing, but they were apologetic.”

• Excellent breakfast buffet that was included in price.
• Treadmill in workout room was older, but no complaints.

“Wonderful suite room. Couldn't ask for anything better. Decorated with quality furnishings. Breakfast buffet had many selections and options.”

• Good Television.
• Location next to interstate so I got no sleep.

“I do not recommend this hotel. It is noisy because of its location and it had no Maine character. The room was a smoking room, when I asked for a non smoking room. It was also difficult to find. Horrible experience. ”

• Room was very large, attractive, an apartment with kitchen and living room.
• Did not locate it immediately, it is off the road in the back of other buildings.

“This suite, with bed, couch, living room, kitchen was large and far exceeded my expectations. Very modern, breakfast included, was hot and tasty. I would stay here. ”

• It was quite roomy and clean.

“A very good family hotel. They serve an excellent hot breakfast and the rooms can come with a kitchenette. The hotel is about a ten minute drive from downtown Portland and it felt very safe.”

• Inconsistant and unpublished breakfast menu.

“With a location convenient to the main highway route into Portland, a grocery store within walking distance and good, inexpensive restaurants close by this hotel is a great deal. The Hotel staff were helpful, and the facilities include a small pool and a heated whirlpool for relaxing after a day of treking around the city, and each room includes a microwave, a two burner stove and refrigerator, giving guests the option of cooking for themselves.”
