• The young guy in the office was nice.
• The Time share staff wasn't so great.

“We went to Falmouth for the presentation, the office staff wouldn't answer any questions as to what the presentation entailed (now I know why)the room they put you in is not new so they set you up as to what you had and what you could have after the presentation. Our room had no hot water in the bathroom. I had to turn it on under the sink, then the shower had no hot water so you had to turn it on completely under the sink which wasn't so easy. Visit Falmouth, its a beautiful town.”

• We had a super view of Falmouth harbor.
• The desk staff seemed abrupt.

“The hotel is on a main cross street at the head of Falmouth harbor. We had a second floor room with a view of the harbor. It was very convenient, in a safe place.”

• Need to be up dated.
