“Older facility, that needs to pay more attention to preventive maintenance. Great location!”

“I did not like the hotel at all. Staff is not trained well. When I called for the wake up call after midnight staff was not very happy to pick up the phone. My room was dirty: carpeting had bobby pins on the carpet, so it was not vacuumed. Bathroom had several problems: doors would no close; bathroom tab did not allow water to go down. Air-conditioned at night was very laud. Not a walking distance from the beach.”

“It is a motel rather than a hotel. Good for an overnight stay or to use as a base for exploring the local area.”

“The lobby was nice and and updated along with most of the main common areas, but our room was on the lower level right next to housekeeping and smelled like cleaning materials and cigarettes (it was a nonsmoking room), and was also very outdated. Also, there was supposed to be wireless internet available, but when I called the front desk to let them know that there was a problem with it (I know it was on their end and not my computer because I used the wireless in other areas of town with no problem) they basically said "oh well" and didn't offer any additional assistance. The pool was nice and clean and a good temperature, but both times we used it there were no towels and we had to call to have some brought to the pool area. Overall I don't think this hotel deserves a 3-star rating. During this trip we also stayed at a motel in town that was 1/2 the price and just as nice as our room here (and the wireless internet worked).”

“The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free coffee in the lobby was always hot. It is off the main road but convenient to all major roads. They have free local newspapers to help you plan your day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family staying in Cape Cod.”

“Overall an excellent stay and would go there again if available. The desk and restaurant staff go out of their way to accommodate you in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at.”

“Comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. Close to Falmouth Center but not so to beaches. Restaurant only open for breakfast and dinner when I stayed here. Did not see any vending machines for beverages or snacks on off hours. Quality of bed comfort differs from room to room.”

“Nice location, room was large and not too shabby. The bathroom was small and the shower was old and worn and did not drain. I called for service about the hair clogs, but nothing was done. The pool is old, but was reasonably clean and was open from 5am until 11pm.”

“Dingy old mattress with stains, mildew smell in whole hotel and room, popcorn ceiling falling apart, scum in bath-tub, pool and facilities unacceptably unclean, 1 staff member in entire hotel was all we ever saw at front desk. Needs a serious makeover.”

“Our party liked the spacious room accommodations. One of our rooms was on the ground floor, which we greatly appreciated since the hotel is not truly handicap accessible and we had baby gear. The bathroom had been updated nicely. We were not overly impressed by the cleanliness however. The blanket on one bed was stained and the room had some odor. However, the hotel staff responded well to our requests for assistance with issues we had with our room. The restaurant had efficient and friendly service and breakfast room service selections were tasty and timely. The hotel is convenient to main routes and in town amenities. We would stay here again if we needed to.”

“The hotel is good. But I would not think this is a 3 star in any way. I did not like the room we got. It was on th first floor next to the parking lot. I have had this happen twice but not 3 times. This hotel for some reason is a spot for cont. workers. Also the hotel let a trailer with a sleeping cab stay in the parking lot running all night.”

“We called ahead to request adjoining rooms, told we had them, checked in and told no adjoining rooms available. 5 small kids! This was a problem. Rooms smelled like cigarettes, noisy air conditioners. Maid left our pajamas on the floor, a cup on the floor and coffee drips on furniture.”

“Hotel facility was a very basic one star accommodation. Good if you are spending one night there. Would not recommend it for longer stays. The rooms are just not that nice.”

“After reading some poor reviews, I was relieved to find that the hotel and individual room were in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and bed linens clean, attractive and looked new (although I brought my own pillow, I appreciated that the hotel provided extra pillows for each bed and in low, medium and high lofts). The pool area looked recently updated and the exercise room had new looking equipment. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant (which we had twice) was fairly standard fare, but tasty and affordable. I got the room for Mon-Fri worth the price. I would visit there again.”

“This is not a resort though it bills itself as one. It's essentially a Motel 6 with toiletries.”
