• Quality of bed linens and towels and number of towels provided.
• The parking lot could have been a little better.

• Everything was clean.
• The lobby and hallways had a stinky smell.

• The fridge kept the drinks cold.
• The storage space for garments was poor.

“After asking to change rooms everything was OK, the first rooms was a handicap room that had low level garment storage that would leave them hanging on the floor.”

• I loved the pillows. They were soft and supportive to my neck.
• I wish they had different coffee I personally do not like Starbucks.

“I liked this hotel. It could use some updating. I do think they need to replace the rugs in the hallway going to the pool.”

• We enjoyed the Jacuzzi in our room. The staff was most helpful.
• Would have liked a restaurant attached. Would have like a warmer pool.

• Nice staff, nice indoor pool, good location.
• Rooms were a little tight in areas.

“The hotel was very charming and Falmouth is just the cutest place. There was a nice breakfast buffet in a large open area with lots of windows. We did not use the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Our room was decorated warmly and had TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The welcome book said there would be a charge for the refrigerator which concerned us because we had not requested one and assumed it was standard in all the rooms. We did not have to pay extra. The space between the end of the beds and the bureaus was a little tight but not a problem. I would stay there again.”

“The Inn was nice and clean. The walls are thin and the floor above us squeaked badly. The cont. Breakfast was better than most other places.”

• Restaurant not open.

• Great beds! Down blanket, duvet, very nice sheets.
• Wish it had a restaurant.

“This hotel is in the center of Falmouth in a really great location. The beds were more comfortable than any I have ever found at a hotel. They were even better than some five star hotels I have stayed in. The hotel was nice and quiet, the staff was nice and friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. One more thing - many of the hotels on the Cape are musty due to the constant ocean breezes. This one was not. It was clean, dry, and had no smell at all. A welcome change from other places I have stayed on the Cape!”

• A quaint lodging within walking distance of shopping & dining.
• Rooms at the front of the inn face the street, which is subject to traffic noise.

“A clean and personable lodging within walking distance of interesting little shops and restaurants. Definitely a touch of Cape Cod. Large bus tours that stay overnight, however, can bring in groups of young people that make for a noisy evening.”
