• It was spotless, the staff was over the top in attention and courtesy, the breakfast was good, the rooms were simple but fully outfitted.
• That we couldn't stay for a week.

“I travel constantly, at least three or four trips a month. I have stayed at the best hotels all over the world. This hotel has the same level of attention to detail that the finest hotels. The staff is world class in service and courtesy. Bet you won't find this level of service, though. This Best Western put me in such a good mood. It is a fine thing to see such a well run hotel.”

• Very friendly & helpful staff. I liked that there was tea & fruit at check-in and a nice breakfast in the a.m.

“I really liked this hotel & wished we had stayed longer. While it was not fancy it was cute, clean and very friendly. it was close to everything but in a spacious area with lots of parking.”

• It was perfect. The price was excellent and the staff was excellent. You couldn't ask for more.
• There was nothing I did not like.

• View of cape cod bay.
• A/c died in the middle of the night.

“This hotel was comfortable and worth the price paid. Great view of cape cod bay in the morning though a bit of a hike into town if walking. I'd recommend it.”

• Responsive staff and owners sparkling inside and out without inviting grounds. Excellent location, expanded continental breakfast and comfortable bed.
• There was not enough hot water for showers.

“This hotel was more than we expected. What a nice surprise. It was very inviting, with attractive grounds and clean, sparkling buildings. Our rooms were large, comfortable and had good beds. The staff (owner) was very responsive when we had a problem with the hot water. The location was excellent. Easy to find and within walking distance of attractions and eating establishments. The continental breakfast was better than most with a nice variety of offerings. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.”

• Conveniently located to downtown tourist areas.
• The "heated" outdoor pool was not heated and when we told staff about it, they did not resolve the issue.

“The hotel is located conveniently to downtown Plymouth near the wharf. It is a very clean and well-kept facility. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are pleasant and comfortable. The continental breakfast was basic, but good. There could have been a few more choices, but what was there was fresh and there were a few selections. The heated outdoor pool was freezing and this situation was not addressed even though we brought it to the attention of staff. Overall, a good place to stay, but for $125 per night, I would have expected the pool to be as advertised or at least to have the situation corrected.”
