• Convenience to restaurants, highways, and the comfort level.
• Wished we could have stayed longer!

• Average hotel, nothing special.
• Front desk was not always friendly, very inexpensive towels.

“Geared more towards business travelers, breakfast was fine, though room is very small, not the most comfortable bed, needs more pillows and very cheap towels. Help at the front desk was not helpful. One person did not know the area at all.”

• Air conditioner didn't work very well.

• The service.
• I was happy with absolutely everything.

“I stay at this hotel almost monthly. I have tried other hotels in the area but I was never as happy as I am at this Hotel. The rooms have a microwave and fridge, which is so great when you prefer to eat in. The beds are just unbelievably comfortable. So clean and lush. I never want to get up for check out!”

• The staff was very friendly!

“Even though the hotel makes a big deal about being 100% smoke free environment, we were awaken at 3 AM by our neighbors who were having a party and smoke was pouring from their room into the hallway. We asked the front desk to do something and to our dismay we were forced to sleep in a smoke filled room with loud and disruptful people staying next to us! the staff said there was nothing they could do!”

• The receptionist was very helpful and courteous.

“It is ideally located near the highways and reasonably clean. It was close to friendly restaurant and the breakfast at the hotel was very good.”

• The bed and bedding are to die for!
• Was not able to get a hardcopy receipt for my stay.

“The hotel was quite nice and the staff were accommodating. During checkout, I was told they were unable to print a receipt because I checked out very early in the morning and the computer had not yet made them available. I asked if I could come back and they said absolutely after 10am. I agreed and returned in a snowstorm thirty extra miles to be rudely told I could not have a receipt. I told her about the arrangement with the morning staff and she really rudely asked me if I had heard what she said, no. I liked the hotel, but boy do they have to work on old crotchety pants at the front counter.”

• The room was clean as usual. Everything in the room was great.
• The staff seemed over worked. The breakfast was so poorly done. No child seats / booster seats. Rotten bananas. No help to get my food to my room.

“Usually I love staying at this hotel. This time though I felt a little annoyed. The breakfast was disappointing. They had no child seats, the bananas were literally rotten. When I asked if they had others that weren't I was told they were all that way but I could pick through the ones in back to try to find a decent one if I wanted. Though there were four people at the front desk not a single person offered to help me get my tray of breakfast, (with juice) and my 2 year old son to our room. I had to eat in the room because they offered no child seats. In fact they wouldn't even make eye contact with me; they simply acted like they didn't see me struggling.”
