• Very nice. We had a very pleasant stay.
• Both nights I had to go to another floor and find ice.

“The hotel and the employees were very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful in getting me a choice of eating places in the area. Check in was rather quick, as it should be, but usually is not.”

• The bed was super comfortable.
• No indoor pool, sauna, or hot tub.

“We got a super deal on Priceline for this hotel. The purpose of our stay was to hang out in Salem and this hotel was only about 5-10 minute drive. It was clean, comfy, and very well priced. There is also free internet, which is hard to come by these days.”

• Not much.
• Poor customer service. The pool was broken, the room was flooded and he put us in a handicapped room, then a single for 1. They didn't care at all.

“We first arrived to find out that the room was flooded due to a broken air conditioner. A man moved us to a handicapped room with only a shower. I wanted a bath. He then moved us to a small room in the corner made for a single person. 1 coffee cup, towels for one and pillows for one. The never put down the cot and I had to actually sleep with my son. I complained to the staff and nothing was done at all. They claimed the hotel was full but I don't think it was.”

• Room was very small.

“Our room was extremely small for 4 people - a king bed and pullout sofa that was twin size, for our 2 teenage sons.”

• We liked, enjoyed the pool and court yard with our nephews.
• We reset AC temperature from 68F to 70F, which caused the heater to turn on, creating an odor.

“Excellent location that is close to shopping, restaurants and quick access to rte. 128. The pool and court yard provided an outdoor space at which we could entertain two of our young nephews.”

• The room was beautiful and clean with a very comfortable bed.
• No mini-fridge.

“The hotel was lovely and a bit of a surprise, located next to a Home Depot and behind a large shopping center. There is a nice selection of snack foods, healthy and otherwise available for purchase 24 hours a day at the front desk. In our room with one king size bed, we had a lovely couch and work center, a very nice wardrobe and dresser, a coffee maker on its own little counter, and a large, super clean bathroom. Room thermostat is digital and easy to adjust.”

• Our room was infectious with bugs, boyfriend went for treatment.

• Difficult to find for those who are not familiar with the area.

• Located behind a Mall, somewhat difficult to find.

“Once we found the Hotel, everything was very good. The rooms are clean and new, seemed like a good safe area, very close to shopping if that's what you're looking for. Overall very good place to stay.”

• The staff was great, nice touch with the store in lobby with snacks.
• Non smoking and we were on third floor.

• The window opens and was quiet, next to a mall.
• Bit far from Boston.
