“It was very nice hotel, hotel staff was so kind and very active. only thing I can complain is the WIFI signal were limited in elevator area and public space only.”

“This is a very attractive hotel. The rooms have nice bright lights so you can read in bed. Very nice exercise room and indoor pool/jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly.”

“The hotel is very clean. There was a rollout cot in front of our room through out our stay. The trashcan in the bathroom had not been emptied prior to our arrival and we were given only one bath towel had to call for more.”

“The hotel makes a wonderful base for visits to Salem and other points in Essex County. It is in a corporate park, which makes for a tranquil setting but means there are no restaurants within walking distance. It is convenient enough to the highway and back roads, however, so there are plenty of places to eat and shop within 2-3 miles. The staff here was especially nice, even by Marriott standards, and the room was super comfortable and attractively decorated. We did not use the indoor pool but the facility looked inviting. The guest laundry was a nice amenity and the staff even gave us free detergent. The breakfast buffet was ample and fairly priced for the wide range of foods offered. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the Salem area.”

“The hotel was pleasant and the room was comfortable. I was on the concierge level on floor 6 and my room had a business office feel with regard to connectivity. DSL, other cords were provided and I could charge all my tech stuff in one place while I was surfing the net. The flat screen TV wasn't bad either!”

“The forest night I stayed, everyone was friendly and helpful. The store located in the hotel did not have books or magazines. The front desk clerks could not give me directions on their own, they had cards to hand out. No one was familiar with the area, so on my way home what was supposed to be a 20 minute ride to 495, was 45 minutes.”

“Hotel was good, nice room and friendly staff, could maybe use a little updating. We did not use many of the amenities but we had a good stay. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
