“Staff, hotel was great with exception of housekeeping. We came back after about 8 hours out of teh room and the room was still dirty. We called housekeeping 2 times before finally getting our room cleaned, and then they did not change our sheets as requested. The hotel was fine just the issue with housekeeping.”

“What you would expect from Marriott--excellent facility, warm friendly and helpful staff, clean room with comfortable beds. For a hotel this level would expect nice fluffy towels, not the thin ones that we found.”

“The decor was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The bath products were better than average and I liked the bump out curtain rod in the bathtub/shower.”

“Checked in they gave me a king bed which I wanted but when I got to the room it was a double. I went back to the lobby and was given a real king room. Then in the morning I got up to take a shower before work and there was no hot water. I called the desk and was told there was not anything anyone could do about it until 7 a.m. That didn't help me; I had to be at work at 7 a.m. So no shower before work, worked 12 hour shift at hospital and thank god there was hot water when I returned. Went to check out in morning and was recharged for stay per the bill under my door. What a disaster of a stay, and this was the Marriott. They did not compensate me for all these issues. And I was very nice too.”

“The hotel is not too far out of the city. A lot of dining choices around the hotel. The staff was very helpful with directions, and always pleasant. The decor could have been more updated.”

“For a three star hotel, this hotel was sorely lacking in most, if not all, amenities you find at a budget motel, i.e., free internet or wireless, complimentary continental breakfast and things of that nature. The set up of the room was very uncomfortable; the TV was to the side of the bed, for example. Based on this stay alone, I would avoid Marriott hotels.”
