• It was close to stores.
• Cold pool, sketchy looking maintenance, side door was not security locked.

“I will never stay here again the rooms were old the pool was freezing and dirty and the breakfast was bad, security side doors did not lock and was over all just bad.”

• We've had positive experiences with the staff and returned.
• The left turn out of the motel is dangerous.

“The pool was frickin cold. Other than that, it was okay. The staff is always nice. The last time we were there, we needed to produce several documents from Minnesota (when we were reassured they had everything before we left) and the staff was excellent with faxing and receiving stuff for us. We were also involved in a motor vehicle accident (last time) in front of the motel and had insurance documentation to fax back and forth.”

• It's location to the areas I intended to visit.
• The lounge and restaurant were not in service, making it necessary to leave and find dining accommodations.

“It appeared that everything was thrown together just to get through the day. Hot water was in short supply at morning shower time.”

• The front desk staff was very helpful.
• The bathroom was very small.

• The room/bed/bath was clean.
• We had no hot water for shower/washing, and breakfast (included) was fair.

“We stayed at hotel 1 night. There was no hot water in morning for showering/washing. No manager/clerk ever apologized to the approx. 8 families staying at the 157 room hotel. We were with sister/husband who also had no hot water in morning in their room. That's how we found out it was not only our room. Then went to breakfast room and there were 8 angry families there. None had hot water and one said he complained and they gave him another room to shower in. (at this point we were all dressed already and not about to go back. I feel someone should have advised everyone this was an option earlier. We never heard a word from staff. Then breakfast was a disaster -- no coffee (there was 1 carafe which was empty) and no juice -- gone already at 9 a.m. There was a toaster but it did not fit the bagels or muffins (only sliced bread and there was none). Should have a toaster/oven. They brought more coffee, hot water, & juice and everyone ran to get some and it was gone in 1 minute and that was it.”

• Appears to be an old, in dire need of update.

“Made a 14 day trip to New England. This was by far the poorest facility. Will think before booking another Days Inn. There were few people at the hotel which could be understandable.”
