• Huge ants.
• Dead huge ants.

“Bad location. Poor selection for breakfast. No room cleaning, ever, even from the previous slob. Unattended front desk. Hot hallways. Uncomfortable beds. Uncomfortable pillows - pain in the neck. Electronic noise chatter on 950 MHz all night. Fire alarm ringing at 11:00 PM.Refrigerator contents thrown out prior to 11 AM checkout time.”

• The room was very clean and quiet.
• Hard to find in a commercial office park.

“My experience was very good. It was very clean and fresh-smelling and quiet. There were plenty of pillows and towels. The room was fairly small but the layout of the room allowed for a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, a sofa and end tables, and the bed without being too crowded. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was courteous. I would definitely return to this hotel.”

• I liked the location because it was half a mile away from the people I was visiting in Peabody, MA.
• The mattress was awful and we did not get a good night's sleep at all.

“1 star - worth the money to upgrade hotels for a better night's sleep. However, the hotel staff contacted me to say that they are in the process of renovating, so maybe once that has been complete, I might consider staying there again.”

• Pleasant staff, clean room, good price.
• No shampoo provided, very limited continental breakfast.

“The hotel is in an industrial park comprised of office and manufacturing businesses. The hotel is clean and comfortable but provides only the basics. The continental breakfast has limited selections. The hotel does not provide shampoo. There is no food available close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The work space in the room and the high speed internet.
• I stayed for over a week and my room was never cleaned!

“It was good. I would not bring my family here. The pool is tiny and the hallways were not cleaned the whole time I was there and neither was my room. There is nowhere for more than one person to sit except for the beds. It suited my needs for this particular trip but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but a single guy!”

• Dirty razor in shower, dirty coffee filter in coffee maker.

“The room we got was OK for a night, but not like a vacation. The staff and lobby areas were nice. Parking was convenient.”

• Free show time on the TV; complimentary coffee and bagels.
• No room identification numbers on the outside of the building that would aid in locating your particular room.

“As for the room itself, I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities it came with. The staff was very nice and helpful. Except for the afore mentioned lack of room number marking on the outside of the building, I enjoyed everything about my stay. Were I to be in that same area of mass. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

• Great value, very convenient and comfortable.
• Wish they had dish soap and paper towels in the room.

“The first room I was given didn't smell good, but they reassigned me immediately, no problem. It was very comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff was great, very helpful with directions and in extending our stay. At the end of every long day, it really did feel like going home. .”

• Very difficult to find.

“Hotel is very difficult to find. Suite has cook top, microwave and fridge 9 with ice maker!)Reasonably priced internet $4.95 per stay check in must have taken 15 minutes. Why does it take so long to punch some info into a computer?”

• I liked the amenities (kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, etc.).
• Mildew in shower; carpet dirty, dishes/silverware dirty.

“The set up of the room served my needs, however cleanliness was an issue. The room had an odor to it, there was mold/mildew in the shower, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, and the silverware in the kitchen were "clean" but had grime on them. I opted to sleep on top of the bed rather than getting in the sheets.”

“This was kind of a nice place (room was huge), but even though the room was non smoking, the room smelled like an ashtray. It was so bad it made my throat burn. The room was not that clean, either. The walls were dirty.”

• Convenient for an overnight get away.
• The hotel room although set up nicely; was gross, mold on the shower curtain, filthy furniture and it smelled like a cat box.

“Cleanliness of the room but the recliner was suppose to be red and it was black covered in filth; but it was nothing in comparison to the mold on the shower curtain. The dirty foot print on the wall near the bed and the room smelt of a cat box it was a very disappointing experience so much for a night away from the kids.”

• I loved the kitchenette feature as well as the pool and fitness room.
• I did not like the hair balls near the pool and the small size of the fitness room.

“The staff was very friendly. I would love it if they would clean up the hairballs around the pool. But it was cute, in a quiet location, and very calm. It was a perfect place to get away.”
