• Thanks to Priceline! We got the best price one can get.

“The hotel makes effort to cut the cost and passes the saving to customers. For example, the hotel staff does not clean the room everyday (if you want, you pay a fee). For same extended-stay customers, who needs to clean the room everyday and change the linens? By doing so, the hotel cuts cost and help protect the environment.”

• Clean, friendly, easy to find, inexpensive.
• Weird smell in the rooms - smoke.

“The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, but there is a funny smell. If you are looking for inexpensive and pretty good then this is the place to stay. There's also food within walking distance.”

• convenient location, helpful staff, kitchenette very usefull
• other person's hair on the floor as we arrived, cleaning lady passing vaccum next door at 8:30 am

• The kitchen and refrigerator.
• It was extremely hard to find for my friend. We went around circles trying to find it.

“The rooms were very nice and the refrigerator and kitchen and supplies were a surprise even though we didn't use them. It was nice in case you had children and needed to cook or refrigerate something. Also a microwave. Very pleasant.”

• I pretty much liked everything!
• I have no complaints.

“Not being a traveler or very knowledgeable about what makes a hotel/motel any particular star rating, in my opinion, this hotel was magnificent. I didn't have maid-service interrupting my stay ((unless I would have chosen)), the room was very comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay and didn't want to leave!”

• Easy access to main highways.
• Need to pay extra for maid service.

“Hotel is clean, but there is no maid service because it is an Extended Stay which is good for business travelers or people looking to relocate. Not what I would recommend for a leisure traveler. Also did not like the fact that a notice was posted from the Danvers police to make sure not to leave anything in hotel room.”

• Animal fur on bedding and cooking area.

“The hotel in Danvers, MA is located in a convenient location for North Shore Destinations. The Kitchen Suite allows for home cooked meals. The room was mostly clean, (other than animal fur on bedding and over the stove, on fan hood). It is fairly awkward, getting into the bathroom (as the space between the door and the toilet is insufficient). I would stay there again, for business only.”

• Noisy rooms - poor sound insulation.

• Warning signs about theft in the area.

“The hotel was really an apartment, bare bones, with no amenities. Make sure you have toiletries and all your necessities. Other than that, bring extra pillows. The security was questionable, since signs were everywhere cautioning about thefts. Makes one nervous, though the area didn't look bad.”

• Efficiency units, very close to job assignment, friendly staff.
• Needs better maintenance (room cleaning, working appliances, halls, etc).

“I love the proximity to my work and major roads. The staff is great and responds well to requests. Furniture is low quality but acceptable provided these are kept clean and in working condition. I stay here often and at almost every stay something is broken, dirty or missing in my room. This week the inside of the microwave had crusty food on the walls. Last week the ironing board was missing and one burner was not working on the cook top. Another week the tub drain was clogged.”

• Location and refrigerator.
• Pillows are flat and they really should upgrade sheets and bedding.

“It was a little dirty, the bedding really needs to be upgraded. It's kind of dirty and stained. But the location is great for me and the kitchen facilities really help. It was full of blue collar workers at the end of the day with beer bottles all over the back door area.”
