• Convenient location, very comfortable room and bed, helpful and friendly staff.
• Uncomfortable pillows, overly ambitious free breakfast buffet that attracted a veritable stampede in the AM.

“An outstanding value, hotel conveniently located at the intersection of two major highways. From helpful staff at the front desk to efficient room staff keeping the room clean and ordered, our stay was without any problems.”

• We loved the layout of our room, which was more like a 2-room suite. It was so fresh and clean.
• The roadway in front of it is one way only so you have to circle back to it.

“The room was set up more like a 2-room suite, and our room was amazingly fresh and clean. The bed had a fabulous 2 inch or thicker mattress pad (thief foam kind that molds to your body) that made sleeping a dream. The air conditioning was amazingly quick to respond to any changes, and the bedding was of obviously high quality and supremely comfortable.”

• Very clean, comfortable, liked having fridge and micro-wave.
• Hotel is difficult to get to if on wrong side of highway.

“My family, spouse and children (ages 11, 13, 15, 22), all enjoyed the comfort of the rooms (2), the pool area was clean, as well as workout room. The only downfall was the highway we were on made it difficult to get to and from the hotel. Not enough signs to say how to get to hotel.”

“The first room we were placed in smelled like smoke, however, we were quickly given another room. Staff was accommodating.”

• Free continental breakfast was outstanding. All the comforts of home - kitchenette and laundry room. Large hot tub.
• Difficult to get to due to divided highway. Poor signage.

“My husband thinks this was the best hotel ever! Very clean. Suite included refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. Toilet and shower separate from sink, so it's great for a family. Free internet access. Best complimentary continental breakfast ever. Friendly and helpful staff.”

• Furniture was stained and dirty. Breakfast area was understaffed and messy, difficult to get to.

• Liked the small kitchen area with refrigerator.
• Roads to hotel were confusing & hard to find the hotel.

“This was a very nice, clean room with a comfortable bed, nice desk for laptop use, convenient small kitchenette. We found it rather difficult to get to as there were very few places to cross over to the other side of road where the hotel was located. You could see the hotel, just could not get to it.”

“New hotel. Friendly service. Only problem was because of traffic flow hard to get to and if you missed the turn off US 1 you were totally out of luck.”

• Comfortable bed, room looked nice.
• Major construction in lobby, small outdated bathroom.

“Main lobby was closed for construction so temporary lobby was in rear. We had to walk through the construction to get to our elevator, lounge, restaurant. The room was decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable with extra pillows. The bathroom, however, was small and the shower tiles were from the 70s. Mall is across street and many restaurants close. Worth the stay.”

“This hotel was very nice. The suites were wonderful, the breakfast was nice although small, the only thing bad about it was that it was pretty far away from Boston and took forever to get somewhere. The hotel staff was also friendly.”

• Kids loved the spacious room with "separate" areas for them and had a great time in the pool.
• The TV is not viewable from the bed area and the pull out couch at the same time.

“Took the kids away for a few days during spring break. Is only a few miles from Salem. The kids loved the separate sitting area and the pool. The pool was small, but it was enough to please the kids. I liked that it was only 3 feet in the low end and my littlest could touch the bottom. The TV swivels which is nice but is not viewable from the bed area and the pull out couch at the same time. Lucky for us we had a portable DVD player with us so my son used that at night while we watched TV. I recommend bringing one if you have one. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay there again.”
