  • Fabulous restaurant Margaritas.
  • Paper thin walls, neighbors TV kept us up all night.

“The TV in the neighboring room sounded like it was on my bed, and they left it on all night, paper thin walls. I could hear conversations of the neighbors perfectly. Clean, but linens were old, outdated, the lobby/halls smelled dank and old. New flat screen TVs. Very small pool looked green and dirty, so we opted out. For, I thought it was overpriced. I would expect to pay $55 for a hotel of this quality. Handy shuttle to airport.”

  • Clean room, excellent staff, convienent shuttle to airport and subway.
  • The pool was in a very visible location. I felt like I was in a fishbowl.

“This hotel provided everything I needed for a nice stay for my first time in Boston. Near the airport with pickup, I felt safe traveling with a child. The staff was courteous and friendly. They called the room to ask if everything was OK. It was clean and very comfortable. I also picked the hotel because of the breakfast offered. It wasn't gourmet, but convienent to be able to have a bite and be on our way. The shuttle took us to the subway station and we were able to find our way around Boston easily. All in all we have a great vacation!”

  • Great rooms, quiet, comfortable, shuttle to airport.
  • Parking fee for each night car left in lot.

    proximity to Logan Intl Airport, free shuttle, parking facility for extended period, and front desk service.
  • Nothing.

  • Safe, Excellent Mexican restaurant, nice proximity.
  • Counter people were not that friendly.

“The hotels location was good, it was not to far away from the things we wanted to do. We were able to take the van to the airport, which was only 5-10 minutes away, and catch the T to make it to our other destinations.”

  • The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was great.
  • The shuttle service from the airport took much longer than quoted.

“I was very comfortable there. Plenty of space in the rooms, I love the fact that they are trying to be Eco-Friendly and the convenience of good breakfast (free), easy access car rental and close to the airport were all very important to me, Plus is was clean.”

  • Very easy access to the Airport, with 24hour. free shuttle service. Very friendly staff and excellent food and easy access to all amenities. Highly recommend.
  • Can't think of one thing. Will stay here again and again when in the area.

“Very relaxing, extremely accommodating. The Margaritas restaurant was a great place to have a few beers while the spouse swam in the pool and after I checked my arriving flight and whether conditions from the free internet access just off the lobby, we had a great meal and the staff was happy to take me to the airport at 1:30 am to retrieve a family member and was there to pick us up in 10 minutes with a quick phone call. Everyone there was extremely polite and helpful. I plan on staying there again soon.”

  • No fan in the bathroom

  • Hotel front desk had very poor customer service attitude.

“Close drive to Subway to downtown was a plus. Hotel staff was rude, unprofessional. Seek nearby hotels!”

  • Room service dishes left in hallway for over 24 hours.

“I've stayed in many different hotels in my life; everything from a sleazy motel to a resort in the Bahamas. This hotel not only exceeded my expectations, but was hands-down the best stay I've ever had.”

  • Location to airport.
  • The trash compactor outside made the entire grounds smell like garbage that has been there for months on end. Hotel is not pet friendly.

“Good if your just looking to put your head down before getting on a plane. That's it. Don't spend too much time outside or you will be overtaken by the smell of garbage.”

  • Dirty wash cloth hanging on shower, light fixture in bathroom made lots of noise.

“The hotel is in a great location with a free shuttle to the airport which is nice. We did find a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod, leading to some question of cleanliness. Overall, it was an average hotel experience.”

  • Stickler for 3 pm check in. Should be some fllex w/o additional cost.

  • A bit hard to find walking to from the T (initially).

“Walk to the hotel is about 10-12 minutes. On the phone, the desk folks were not particularly helpful in finding it originally. Once there, no problem using their map to get to the subway. Nice, new look and shuttle to airport was very good and on time each 1/2 hour.”
