  • Shuttle service.
  • There was construction going on!

“The construction in the main lobby was an inconvenience. The noise level was loud and going on throughout the whole night! I had a room on the second floor so I could hear it very well. Requested wake-up call for 4:30am - did not happen!”

  • Boston is hard to navigate and this hotel was hard to find.

  • The hotel did not charge for third person even though it was supposed to be for 2.
  • Hard to find if you are driving.

“The room with 2 queen beds was quite adequate but it could not fit another roll away bed, as there were 3 of us. However, hotel was quite good in not charging for the 3rd person. Breakfast was complimentary and was quite substantial to start the day. Complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day at the lobby was a nice touch. Daily scheduled free shuttle to the train station and airport was also very convenient. For the price I paid through Priceline, I certainly enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money.”

  • The mattresses were awesome. Very good beds.
  • No restaurant. Only a lounge with limited food items.

“Hotel provided a very good shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk clerk was excellent and put us in a double double room at our request. The room was very nice and the beds were awesome.”

  • Comfortable bed, generous breakfast, and nice staff.
  • Pool and gym were out of order.

“Great value, liked everything except the isolated location, although the hotel did try hard to provide flexible shuttle service. But very disappointed. The pool wasn't usable and they could not provide options.”

  • The hotel is close to the airport and train/bus access. I also like a restaurant attached.

“The room was very clean with pleasing decor, close to the airport with easy access to public bus and train transportation. The staff is professional and capable. The attached restaurant has great food and service as well.”

  • I like the continental breakfast.
  • The heat made so much noise at night time.

  • It was very clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
  • We wished the retractable roof was open at the pool.

  • Close to airport.
  • Dingy, view of the roof, no wireless in room, stale Danishes for breakfast.

“Overpriced for what you receive. Staff was not very helpful. Located with a busy expressway in front. Marginally maintained. Close to airport.”

  • Pool was nice, also breakfast.
  • Website said they were pet friendly, they said their policy had changed and we couldn't stay with small dog, did make exception.

“Nice pool and hot tub, great free breakfast, room was nice. They no longer are pet friendly even though their website says they are.”

  • Free breakfast and in-house lounge/restaurant.
  • There was nothing.

“We arrived on Christmas day so the whole place was a glow of beautiful Christmas decorations! Everyone on staff was very warm and inviting. The king bed was as comfy as my own bed at home! We had dinner and drinks in the lounge our second night and it was fabulous! I only wish they had offered a few more seafood selections. The two we had were great! Any time we are in Boston this is where we will stay! Thanks to all at the Hampton Inn we enjoyed our Christmas with you all!”

  • Convenient, good shuttle service and accessibility to transit, good breakfast.

“The shuttle service to the airport or nearest transit stop was very convenient. All we had to do was call when we wanted to come home, and it would come to pick us up. We never had to wait long. It's easy to stay here and spend time in downtown Boston. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. The breakfast spread is nice and saved us some money. Overall a very good value and worth the money for the convenience alone.”

  • Location, wanted place close to airport upon arrival, easy to get around Boston area with rented car.
  • You wouldn't want to get stranded if you're driving in Revere.

“Comfortable setting, very helpful staff for directions around city. We were disappointed that the pool was not available. Hot tub only (doing an extended cleaning or something, could have used a relaxing swim after a long flight). A little pricey, but decent location overall. Very nice bar (two doors down), Good variety for continental breakfast.”
