  • It was very convenient to Boston Logan Airport.

“Construction was going on to renovate. They are doing a very nice job. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.”

  • Beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows.
  • Was undergoing construction, long entrance way.

“The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would likely stay again. There was enough space for my family of 4 to fit in one room with out being over crowded. I wish I knew that they were undergoing construction.”

“Lobby and check-in a little dated and worn, but undergoing facelift. Room had been recently re-done and was clean and nice. Staff friendly. Did not use eating facilities, only slept and showered there.”

  • Proximity to airport, excellent airport shuttle service, comfortable room

“This hotel is an excellent choice for a traveler requiring close proximity to Logan airport. The shuttle service is excellent, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I checked in at around 6:30 pm and left the following morning at 4:45 am so it was perfect for my needs.”

  • The people were very friendly.
  • The people were not competent.

“I was thrilled with the price and location of this hotel at short notice. When I went to my room and saw as I entered that used towels were on the floor and the bed looked as though someone had just gotten out of it, I thought someone was still in the room. They were very nice, very quickly and put me in a room that was ready to be occupied. I followed the instructions for a wake up call at 5:00 am but I never received the call. I missed my plane, had to pay extra, had to let the rental car company put gas in the car and had to toss my toiletries in order to make the next flight with a carryon. Very stressful. Will never stay there again.”

  • Room was very comfortable.
  • Little to no internet connection. Extremely frustrating and made my stay unproductive.

“The hotel is undergoing renovation as it's becoming a Marriott later this year. No room service and restaurant menu and hours limited. I was on the tenth floor and there was little to no internet connection. Staff responded there was nothing they could do so my business suffered as a result.”

“Once you can get to the hotel, the interior is very well maintained and up-to-date. Our stay was unexpectedly peaceful so close to the Logan Airport.”

  • The staff was extremely helpful.

“The next time I go to Boston I will stay at this hotel again. The shuttle took us to the airport and directly to the T-line. It helped us save money because there was no need to get cabs to take us anywhere.”

  • Ideal location for bos airport for early departures.
  • Hate rooms with a door between the rooms where you can hear "every word" of the person in the next room.

“Little run down for this price range, but I guess that's Boston prices! Ideal if you need to be at the airport for the "early flights." front desk staff was very nice.”

  • The hotel is worn out and probably was 20 years ago.

“Overpriced for quality of accommodations provided. If it were not where it is, it would have been abandoned by travelers years ago. There is apparently an arrangement with the airlines to provide deeply discounted rates, but I expect more.”

  • It is quiet for a location near an airport.
  • The pool was not convenient outside and the fitness room was hard to find.

“The room was roomy and clean. The halls were a bit dingy and shabby and stale smelling. The lobby is bright and pleasant. While I did not try either, the bar and restaurant seemed lively and hospitable. The staff was very pleasant. It all seemed safe. The best part was the shuttle to the T that ran quite frequently, maybe every 20 minutes. Just make sure to call if you want them to come right away at the Wood Island Station on the Blue line and they will. It is not a long T ride at all.”

  • Front desk rude and gave mixed directions to Boston.

“This hotel was convenient to the airport. However, I was at a conference in Boston and had to ride the hotel shuttle to the airport, and then catch the silver line bus to the hotel and the reverse to come back at night. I thought the price was very high for the room.”

  • They accidentally charged my credit card for the room.
