• It was very nice, clean and the people were great!
• The water pressure wasn't the best but we could take showers.

• It was inexpensive and conveniently close to Salem.
• Staff wasnt knowledgeable regarding how customers are billed.

“The stay was adequate. We arrived at 4am to check in, when I was told that they tried to run my debit card and it declined, so we lost our 2 bed room. I was told when I called to confirm a month in advance that they wouldn't charge until we checked out. They did upgrade us to a suite with a king-size bed, which was fine. It would have been more appealing if the couch wasn't stained. When returning that night, room service had not visited out room, no clean towels. When I called the front desk, I was told to come down and pick them up myself. After explaining my displeasure, they were brought up 2 me. I was then told that because we didn't spend an actual whole night, room service doesn't clean our room, which I think is ridiculous. If there are guests staying in a room, it should be cleaned regardless of how long they stay. In a whole, for only staying a day & a half for a cheap rate, it was sufficient.”
