• Acceptable place to stay.
• Pillows were small - no housekeeping service, no ice machine.

“This is an economy place with few services, although we were able to get higher rated hotels in other areas at significantly lower prices.”

• It was very convenient location, staff was friendly.

“We only spent a night at this hotel, but the staff was friendly. The room was clean. We got a handicap room, because that was the only non-smoking room they had available, but that was fine.”

• Free parking, bus station near but that get you at a T station.
• Wireless internet was not free
  and no hair dryer.

“Good for a quick stay, even with the kitchenette. Would totally recommend if internet was free.”

• Fridge, microwave, stovetop, etc were all nice to have.
• No couch, small TV.

“I enjoyed the hotel overall. It was clean, convenient, friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again. The only bad part was they didn't have cribs for infants, nor did they have roll-in beds.”

• Pillows were flat, very uncomfortable; bathroom vent was very loud; not a good variety of TV stations.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was conveniently located: close to the bus route. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and suited my needs. I also like the idea of an extended stay hotel with the cooking/refrigeration facilities.”

• Cleanliness and service.

“This hotel served its purpose, and that's it. Desk clerks also serve as cleaning personnel. There is basically just no sense of pride at all. The rooms were not clean. Not filthy, but not clean either. This strikes me as a place that will be a real dump in five years.”

• We needed to bring all of our shampoo, razors etc.
