• Terrible condition, poor service.

• The staff is friendly.
• The room was very old and heater was noisy.

“I feel that the hotel has some nice rooms and poor old rooms. They are clean but 20 years behind. Charge $10.95 for internet on old TV. This has to be added to room cost.”

• Convenience.
• Run down, poor dining facilities, feeling of oldness and outdated, very little services one would expect at a hotel.

“Would not recommend, nor stay here again. The exterior and rooms are old and out dated. The hotel offers poor services for dining and drinking. Had the impression I was in a low end motel, not a 3 star+ hotel. Existing description of this hotel is far from the truth. Absence of services and conveniences one would expect at a hotel of this category. The highlight was there was an adjacent TGI Fridays!”

• No wireless in the rooms.

• Staff very accommodating. Helpful & friendly.
• Pillows & mattress need freshening. Any rooms formerly smoking rooms should be indicated when checking in.

“Original room was a former smoking room. Smelled disgusting. Next room was average hotel room but pillows and mattress smelled as if they hadn't been cleaned in months/years. Staff was accommodating, helpful & friendly. Based only on staff and lobby, hotel was very nice. Based on rooms, not recommended.”

• The pool was excellent. Hotel bartender was great.
• Shower and bathroom in general were in poor shape. TV was red.

“The entrance and overall appearance of the hotel were nice. The room on the other hand reminded me of a motel room. The TV in my room was tinted so deeply red that it made watching some channels near impossible. The bartender in the small bar was friendly and inviting.”

• Convenience to highways and local entertainment.
• Very thin walls.

“Overall experience was fine; would I stay there again? If I had to, sure. But I wouldn't expect to get much sleep as the walls are thin and you could hear people talking in the next room.”

• Good location management good, but needs some work.
• Wet floors, different times for cleaning rooms.

“If I had to do it again I think I would look somewhere else. This was a Shari ton and expected more.”

• The staff was able to give me clear, correct driving directions to the hotel.
• Noisy guests at night! Not exactly the hotel's problem, but it was something that I did not like.

“A large, attractive facility with good location and amenities. I arrived late at night and left first thing next morning, so I cannot comment on much, but what I did experience was of good quality. The room was nicely equipped, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant.”

• Staff and location are good.
• Air vents were dirty and window did not open. Bathroom floor was discolored, either from dirt, stains or finish removed.

“This is a very nice hotel, but it is past its prime. It is getting tired and needs a heavy duty thorough cleaning and restoration. Wall paper is beginning to peel from the wall and bathroom floor was in need of cleaning or repair. If I paid full price, I would have been very disappointed. It is not disgusting, just not up to par.”

• Strange smell in room, building needs repair.

• Staff eagerly gave me a late check out of 4:00pm. Thats awesome!
• Nothing.

“The staff more than makes up for the slightly dated decor and lack of frills. The rooms are very comfortable and adequate for the average person. Very impressed with this hotel overall and would not hesitate to stay there again.”

• Clean and quiet room; pool and gym available; convenient location.
• Food prices were ridiculously high; no complimentary internet access; gym costs extra; no in-room refrigerator.

“Room was clean and quiet. Hotel was immediately accessible to the highway and there was a mall/shopping center directly across the street. Also, there is a heated, indoor pool and a gym facility, as well as a TGI Friday's onsite. Nice. Downsides: No complimentary internet access; hotel food prices were ridiculously high ($15.50 for oatmeal, plus 19% gratuity that's tacked on automatically. Please! Ridiculous). There should be a complimentary breakfast (even some lower-end hotels have that); use of the gym costs $7 per person per day; no refrigerator in the room.”
