• Excellent service and suite, great location.
• Loved everything.

“Would stay there again in a heartbeat. After a long day of traveling,
I was able to check right in, relax, have a nice dinner and able to use the 24 hour fitness center in the morning.
I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to the Boston area.”

• Big, nice rooms, best view (skyline), fantastic breakfast included!
• Nothing.

“The hotel is just 5min walking distance of the train station from where you can get downtown within 15minutes. If you don't like walking or have your luggage an you, there is a free shuttle bus running every ten to 15minutes from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, the staff is friendly and always helpful, and the pool area is nice and clean.”

• Bellmen were really helpful about returning rental car.
• Older rooms. Not usual Embassy Suite standard.

“Rooms were clean and very close to airport. A little difficult to find if driving. Rooms older, but clean. Not usual standard for Embassy Suite. Staff was great. Friendly, helpful. Restaurant/bar area was open and friendly. I'd stay there again for the convenience and short distance to airport.”

• Parking expensive.

• The room was very clean & spacious.
• The check-in staff was not friendly & the food was lousy.

“The hotel room was fantastic and clean. However, the lounge at night and breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired. This hotel is best suited for business travelers, not vacationers. Location and amenities not appealing to the leisure traveler.”

• I thought the motel staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered!
• The free breakfast and afternoon snacks were often cold and nasty.

“The hotel staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure we not only were comfortable but that we knew our way around town. They even suggested some places to eat within walking distance that were fantastic! We didn't care for the breakfast and afternoon manager's lunch. The food was often cold or hard or both. At times some selections were over cooked. We would stay again but not at the rate I paid this time around.”

• Comfortable beds, plenty of space in the room, close to subway line.
• Poor dining choices, no vent fan in bathroom, inadequate internet instructions.

“The hotel itself was nice, plenty of room in the suite, walking distance to subway line, nice free breakfast. Dinner choices are limited, (there isn't anything close) and the hotel restaurant needs to add some vegetarian options to the menu. Vent fans in the bathroom would be nice, as well as instructions for the internet in the room. Very few channels on the TV so don't plan on watching your favorite show. Staff was nice, but didn't seem to go out of their way to be friendly and overly service oriented.”

• Convenient to airport, for 8 hr stopover between Europe and Hawaii.
• Nothing.

“Stay too brief to talk about. Embassy suites are generally clean and correct, but details need do-it-yourself attention. Ok for the price.”
