• I loved that the shuttle will take you and/or pick you up anywhere within a 4 mile radius.
• There is a factory beside the hotel and it gives off a smell that at times during the day you can smell in the halls of the hotel.

“This hotel is located 5 minutes from the South Shore mall which has dining and shopping. One stops everything you need which was very convenient. I was very impressed with the breakfast every morning (I spent 3 nights) and the staff was super friendly. The thing I enjoyed most was the shuttle. It will take you anywhere or pick you up anywhere within a 4 mile radius which includes the mall, dining, and the T (Subway). The pool and hot tub was very clean and quite enjoyable. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and will definitely stay there again as I travel to Boston often.”

• The available breakfast and the sitting space; the swimming pool.
• Perhaps the location was a little outside the center of town.

• The room is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the location is convenient to various attractions & restaurants, and the breakfast is great!
• Sometimes you have to personally go down to the front desk to buy a movie instead of ordering it in the room.

“I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and for the price it is certainly more than what I expected & well worth it!”

• Much nicer then Hotels in the area for the same price and star rating.
• I left my Jacket behind and it was very hard to retrieve, staff would not return my calls.

“Like I said above it was better equip and spacious then other Hotels in the area that are at the same price and star rating. I have stayed in many places in the grater Boston area and I would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.”

• The timing and the variety of the breakfast.
• The area where the hotel is located is not very attractive (is it because of the winter?).

“I enjoyed the room. I appreciated the sheet on the bed and the bed itself which were very comfortable. The electronic key worked perfectly Although I didn't have time to use it myself; but my son did, the availability of an indoor pool is wonderful and amazing. I went there for the funeral of a family member but I would go back for leisure time with all my family.”

• Had trouble with the internet connection several times.

“The staff at this hotel is really wonderful! They were very attentive to all my needs and went out of their way to accommodate me on more than one occasion. It was great to have the shuttle available to go back and forth to nearby places. Very comfortable, clean and homey.”

• Great staff and extremely quick check in and out. I would stay here again.
• I did not have access to a printer to be able to print the directions. I had a some difficulty finding it.

“This is the second time I have stayed at the Hampton inn since September and have enjoyed both experiences. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the public areas and rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the beds are very comfortable. It is in an industrial area, but near shops and the I-93. I would definitely return to the Hampton inn, Braintree.”

• We enjoyed the safety, convenience, cleanness and the included features of the hotel. The staff was helpful.
• We got a smoking room which never lost its smell although the housekeepers sprayed it several times and our clothes smelled when we got home.

“The hotel is modest, very clean and perfectly maintained. It is well located and very safe. The features which we appreciated include free hot/cold breakfast, USA Today 5 days a week, free local and 800 calls, 24 coffee, tea and mild in the lobby, swimming pool and hot tub, business center with 2 computers and a printer and hot cookies. The beds were very comfortable, king size bed and pullout couch.”

• Our room was attractive, spacious, very comfortable and very clean.
• After thinking for some time, I still can't come up with something I didn't like about this hotel.

“The Hampton in Boston/Braintree offers clean, spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. I found the bed to be very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice big tub and a shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The complimentary breakfast was above average, with selection including things such as bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, eggs, and more. The hotel is very convenient to the highway, and it is also close to a T-station you can take into Boston. If you chose to drive into Boston instead, I would estimate a 15-20 minute drive to reach the city.”
