• Nothing about this hotel that I liked.
• It was a dump.

“It was dangerous. We were scared. We got no sleep. The AM staff didn't like what I told them about the hotel. They could not find the coffee in the AM. The only thing good was the clerk that checked me in was very helpful. The only reason that I stayed here was it was close to the airport.”

• The price is good if you are not looking for a lot of glitz and glamour but just a place to rest.
• I was awakened by footsteps above our room on the second morning.

“It is basically what I had in mind. Easy to get to, good price and clean. It met all my expectations and we enjoyed our time there.”

• One half block walk to the bus took me to the Orange line Subway.
• The area is a little congested. OK for business and vacation.

“Really convenient to get to, 1/2 block from bus stop which drops you off at the orange line Subway. Nice little family pizzeria/sub shop across the street. Area is a little congested, but it was quiet in the room. For a single business traveler like myself, it really suited my needs. Clean.”

• Smoking stuffed in room, unable to inhale. My son with asthma, did not want to come in room, they said were out of non smoking room.

• Nothing. Crack Hotel!
• Everything. Bullet Proof Glass at Counter.

“WE WALKED AWAY AND DID NOT STAY! When I drove up and saw the security fence along with construction stuff laying EVERYWHERE and then when we walked in and the clerk was behind a bullet proof glass and tried to put us in a smoking room when I asked for non. He also moved us to the first floor which I saw as WAY unsafe. The sign that said..NO GUESTS Without APPROVAL. This place is a CRACK HOTEL!”

• Just about nothing.
• Came in to register and the person was on the phone and we were trying to talk to her she was talking to us but we could not tell if to us or the phone.

“The room stunk like smoke and we had young people in a room next to us that made a lot of noise until 4am after calling the office twice.”

• An Asian Indian man and a female clerk are very friendly & helpful.
• Location Is bad; window could not be open on the first street, room smell terrible, I feel sleeping In a street. Staff unkind.

“Bad location. Window on 1st floor could only be open a little bit. Room so small, no small table. Room smells terrible. I felt sleeping on street and In jail. When I asked to change a room to the 2nd floor. I was refused. The male clerk told me I should not go to a different agent to rent a room. I should rent It directly from the hotel.”

• I liked how the location of the store was convenient, for stores.
• Didnt get the room I paid for online!

“The man at the hotel was ok with helping me find a room. I ended up with a 3 bed room with the wall paper falling off of the wall. I had only one other guest with me and had to walk up and down the stairs several times with luggage because we were given another wrong room. We requested smoking. Our drive was very tiring and it was just a little unnecessary for what had happened.”

• I don't find anything to tell.
• Terrible, smoking, noisy, no bus, no smiling face.

“Poor breakfast, no bus There are but there isn't any schedule, and the bus come to the bus stop nearly once a hour some time once 2 hour to go the hotel, Rooms very smell smoke, the staff not familiar and they aren't help you.”

• Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable.
• Bathroom needs remodeling

“Room was clean but bathroom in need of remodeling. Could use better water pressure in the shower. Staff was very helpful. Guests in next room were very loud one night of our stay, but staff was very quick to take care of noise problem. Would stay there again!”
