• Nothing.
• The swimming pool was not even in the hotel.

“Bottom line this hotel was terrible. My bathroom at home was bigger than the hotel room itself. I was given a double bed for 2 people which in my opinion is not big enough for 2 people. It was too loud and the pool was not even at the hotel. My husband and I ended up leaving after I went to take a shower and it was dirty.”

• This hotel was very convenient.
• Nothing.

“The two double bed room was extremely comfortable and roomy. It had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The idea of having the room/key card in a slot to turn on and off the lights and air conditioning was a great idea for saving power and electricity. The staff was willing and able to answer any of our needs.”

• The bed was comfortable.

“I was not impressed by this hotel. I felt the room was small and plain. The bathroom had no shower curtain when we arrived. The staff was not accommodating. Would not like to stay there again.”

• the linens were comfy
• they over charged my cc 183.45... many many issues with ovecharging

“The hotel was fine/ the Staff takes forever to answer any phone for any reason. If you have any problems everyone is a manager and the GM is always to busy to talk to you. My cc was over charged, BADLY! I reported them to the BBB here is Boston.If I can help it I wont be returning.”

• Convenient to where I needed to be. Clean, comfortable.
• No shuttle transportation to and from airport.

“Located 20 miles outside of Boston, convenient access to major highways and beaches of the North Shore of Massachusetts. Quite, clean, comfortable accommodations. Staff friendly and helpful.”

• Using pool exercise facilities of sports club, hotel guest not very welcome.

“This hotel is not a good place for families with children due to the fact that you have the pool exercise facilities 300 yards walk from hotel and that hotel guest usage is limited and not felt welcome.”

• Staff were very friendly and helpful.
• The was a lot of construction going on which made it inconvenient.

“A good place for the business traveler; only slightly less so for leisure travel. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.”

• I loved the huge flat screen computers in the lobby and the availability of free board games for the whole family!
• There were no refrigerators in the rooms.

“Overall, this is a lovely hotel. I really liked having the ability to use the internet in the lobby and print documents for free if needed. The fact that hotel guests can make use of the neighboring Boston Sports Club's gym and pool is a wonderful bonus. What beautiful facilities! The only thing I missed were refrigerators in the rooms for those delicious leftovers from Mike's Pastry in Boston.”

• Location was convenient.
• Staff was disappointing.

“The first night, a maintenance worker came to plunge our toilet but failed to fix anything. He sent his boss the next morning, who again tried to plunge the toilet, with no results. He left to retrieve his plumber's snake; by the time he returned it was around 11:30 a.m. and we were late for our trip into Boston. The snake didn't help either; he told us he would be back in the afternoon (while we were gone) to take the toilet apart. When we returned, we found that some of our belongings which were outside of the bathroom had been disturbed, which was disappointing to say the least. Also, we had to call the front desk multiple times to get any action taken for simple tasks like dispatching a maintenance tech or sending a shuttle to pick us up at the train station. It became clear that staffer we spoke with was forgetting to pass our messages to the appropriate people. We then learned the name of a helpful staffer and asked for him anytime we were connected to the front desk; after that, things started to get done properly but our stay was almost over anyway. Overall, I would avoid this hotel.”

• Very clean, great shuttle service, pleasant people working there.
• Hotel grounds under temporary renovation which they could not help. Too bad not easy distance to Metro and Boston.

“This is a nice hotel, a bit out of the way if planning to spend time in Boston. Staff is very pleasant, rooms clean, construction begins early and a bit noisy. Would I stay there again? Yes.”

“It is truly a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to others. The restaurant and pub is a joy, the food is delicious. The internet hook-ups are plenty and nicely set up. You won't be disappointed with your stay.”

• Hotel staff responded to the need for a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Entertained guests in the lobby. Michael was a super, super host!
• Liked everything. Noticed one drawback. The window curtains did not close the window, and the parking lot lights shined all night in our hotel window.

“The accommodations were terrific, the location was very accessible to our needs. Enjoyed the single coffee maker and the Starbucks complementary coffee. At least 2 or 3 bottles of water were left in our room each day. The staff was wonderful. The exterior and interior of the hotel was beautiful. To date this is the best hotel experience my husband and I have had.”
