“This hotel was very nice. Everything was a bit over priced. The location made it hard to sleep as outside noise was so loud that it sounded like it was in your room. There was also lots of drunk guests yelling in the halls at 4 am.”

“The omni is a classic hotel with beautiful attention to detail. From the fresh flowers in the lobby to robes in the room. The room was very comfortable with an extremely comfortable bed. For a romantic getaway in the heart of Boston or even a business stay overnight it's location was ideal. A three minute walk from the subway, or Boston common and ten minutes from Fanuel Hall, the Omni is the perfect place.”

“The Parker House Omni hotel is an old hotel that has been maintained well but still has some deficiencies, most notably the paper thin walls which allow you to hear the conversations in adjoining rooms clearly. You don't have to try hard to understand what they're saying either which is disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The rooms range from tiny, dark, and without a view to really nice rooms with a view. But that required an upgrade which I was lucky enough to get on the house. Also, some of their rooms can be quite a hike from the elevator including 4-5 stairs on the way. The staff was unbelievably kind and patient. They gave me a couple bottles of water for free when I asked about purchasing water. They upgraded me for free after having to change rooms twice. They were always friendly and professional in their interactions. I would say that's their selling/strong point. Valet parking is $40 a night with unlimited ins/outs. The location is fantastic, right near some exciting Boston locations including Faneuil Hall. The beds were amazingly luxurious and comfortable. No problem sleeping on those, but the noise from the hallway and neighbors means you might need earplugs if you want truly undisturbed sleep.”

“Very small room, not big enough for two, good location would stay again if traveling by myself. We were told we would not have a twin bed they are for single travelers and that is what they gave us, they said it was booked through a third party.”

“The location of the hotel was great for your needs. The staff was great and attentive. the only glitch was that we did not get a wake up call like requested. Lucky we woke up in time to still catch our flight.”

“Some of the rooms are tiny and single bed. Rooms can have queen beds, smaller than a queen. For a 4 star hotel, the size of bed should be considered.”

“Ordered a room with two double beds which was confirmed the day before. Received an extremely small room with one full-sized bed. The hotel was full, but they still refused to refund our money to allow our group to find another hotel. So, we had to squeeze a cot into the room. In addition, this visit started with the valets telling me that the ski rack on my Subaru wouldnt fit in their garage and that they were too busy with the incoming wedding to park my car in their back-up garage. So I had to park it myself and walk 10 minutes in the pouring rain. I was completely unimpressed. There are much better options nearby.”

“I was promised a king bed when I called to confirm my reservation. When we got to the hotel, we had a double bed. Our room was tiny, so tiny that there wasn't anywhere to put my suitcase. We had a terribly uncomfortable bed (slopped to one side) and the bathroom was only big enough for one (small) person. Also, no coffee maker in the room.”

“Hotel experience was great. The 5 hours my vehicle was parked in broad daylight in the hotel recommended parking garage was all it took for someone to vandalize and attempt to steal it.”

“Stayed at the Omni Parker House this labor day weekend. This is a beautiful old hotel located in the heart of Boston. Easy walking to Boston Common and all the sites. Great public spaces, nice gym and helpful staff. First room they gave us was very small and only had a full bed. They graciously handled our request to switch rooms and we got a queen room. Room was cozy but updated. Great, great hotel.”

“The Parker House has been completely renovated with all the historic aspects remaining. I was tempted to strip the bed to find out who made the mattress. It was the most comfortable nights sleep I've ever had at any hotel. The staff was available whenever you needed them, but you didn't find yourself tripping over them.”
