“Overall a wonderful stay if I had been just hanging out. Business traveling in this hotel is a challenge. They charge you an arm and leg for the internet/printer 6.95 per 15 minutes!! WiFi in the lobby you have to drag all of your stuff downstairs and sit in these formal chairs. No late night working in your Pj's in the safety of your room here!”

“If its more than one person traveling, skip this hotel. They offer a double bed as a standard and charge you a $50 a night upgrade to a queen and $100 a night for a king bed!”

“It was a wonderful location and highly desirable; however the room was small and as a driver with a car, it was difficult to maneuver in the area and to park!”

“The hotel is great but the room they gave us was very cramped and the bed was a full- not a king or a queen.”

“The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. It was noisy with guests in the hall at 1.30 am, 3:40 am, then getting woke up at 6:00 am when the guest next door left his room. Having to pay for parking on top of the cost of the room is outrageous! The cost of snacks and meals was again outrageous. $6.00 for cereal, $3.00 for M&M's no thanks. I don't care how much money anyone has, a penny is still worth only one cents!”

“The hotel was very nice. Old and nicely restored. The (standard) room was very small, but it was OK; It had everything we needed. It had lovely beds with fine linens. The lobby area was great with free WiFi access. The Last Hurrah bar, off the lobby, was warm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and the Concierge was great. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a priceline price.”

“I booked this hotel in the last minute and it was considerably more expensive than the other times I had booked for the same destination. When I checked in I realized the bed was a double which barely fit two people. The room was also crowded in Boston standard. Overall okay but did not like it.”

“Great location, next to government center and major t stops. Maid service was consistent and kept things clean and were very friendly. Walls were very thin as you could hear conversations easily and alarm clocks in the early AM.”

“We've stayed there before and thought it was great when there were 3 of us (two queen beds). This time, however, they gave us a double bed and the room itself was tiny. I was disappointed.”

“Must be a reason that this was the country's longest continually operating hotel. Perhaps it's the fabulous staff and gorgeous lobby. Noise in hallway was obnoxious and go to the club bar only if service wasn't something you're interested in.”
