“We enjoyed our stay, the pool/exercise area is a trek to get to but they were nicely done.”

“The minute we walked into this hotel after a 5+ hour drive I felt relaxed and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, even the valet service was excellent. I'm not sure if
I expected the room to be larger, yet it was still very clean and cozy. A seating area with a small lounge chair and a little table would be nice.”

“ My husband and I chose a convenient location to the theater district and water front for an overnight get away. While we found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating we were hugely disappointed in the lack of a four star dining facility or lounge. We understand that renovations were underway but had we known this would have definitely chosen other accommodations since my husband is disabled and made things difficult. ”

“Main restaurant was under construction. Also, this part of the city is less than desirable.”

“This was a nice hotel, but something is really starting to irritate me about these, so called 4 star hotels and that is that they are charging ridiculous rates for WiFi. I could go stay at a 2-3 star hotel and get free Wi-Fi along with other amenities, but not at these so called 4 star hotels.”

“We asked for a room with 2 beds (3 people) and they did not have one available. (But there was hardly anyone staying there!) and then made us pay $25 for a cot. Front desk was not that nice.”

“This hotel only seemed to care about business travelers. The pool was a foot lower in water than it should have been, so the shallow end was 2.5 feet. Very uncomfortable to swim in. The room was nice, but the bathroom was odd. The water was scorchingly hot and fluctuated in temperature while I showered and the bathroom fan was broken. We were woken up at 8:30 am and were told that was standard practice at the Hyatt. These were just some of the areas that affected our experience. Maybe the Hyatt Regency location was four star, but the service sure was not.”

“Very attractive hotel and definitely a four star experience. If you do not like or are afraid of or are allergic to dogs, this may not be your #1 pick as they allow dogs to stay - very surprising. I was very pleased with the location in the heart of Boston, minutes walk from anywhere in town. Was well worth it because you do not need your car at all in town. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Boston for business or pleasure. Thank you Priceline for making it possible - you are the best!”

“The staff is accessible, knowledgeable and very friendly. The decoration is artistic and not boring. There is space in the lobby and on the floors. The carpets are beautiful. It is quiet.”
