  • Convenient to all major sites or connections.
  • Bar prices way out of line.

“We enjoyed our stay, the pool/exercise area is a trek to get to but they were nicely done.”

  • The scent that is diffused into the air was relaxing and wonderful.
  • The room seemed a bit small, but was clean and served its purpose.

“The minute we walked into this hotel after a 5+ hour drive I felt relaxed and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, even the valet service was excellent. I'm not sure if
I expected the room to be larger, yet it was still very clean and cozy. A seating area with a small lounge chair and a little table would be nice.”

  • Convenient and clean.
  • Makeshift dining and lounge. would not have gone if I had known.

“ My husband and I chose a convenient location to the theater district and water front for an overnight get away. While we found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating we were hugely disappointed in the lack of a four star dining facility or lounge. We understand that renovations were underway but had we known this would have definitely chosen other accommodations since my husband is disabled and made things difficult. ”

  • Great staff.
  • I did not like the location.

“Main restaurant was under construction. Also, this part of the city is less than desirable.”

  • There was no communication to quests after a fire alarm.

“Was very clean rooms, access to attractions was pretty good.”

  • The ambiance.
  • The lack of parking.

“Great hotel and nice, but parking should be free for people staying in the hotel.”

“Very clean hotel that has been freshly painted. The beds are extremely comfortable.”

  • Location, cleanliness.
  • Wi-Fi.

“This was a nice hotel, but something is really starting to irritate me about these, so called 4 star hotels and that is that they are charging ridiculous rates for WiFi. I could go stay at a 2-3 star hotel and get free Wi-Fi along with other amenities, but not at these so called 4 star hotels.”

  • Room was ready at noon, bed was comfortable.
  • A
little confusing, 2 sets of elevators to different sections, no doorman or greeting, they did not have 2 beds available and then made us pay for cot.

“We asked for a room with 2 beds (3 people) and they did not have one available. (But there was hardly anyone staying there!) and then made us pay $25 for a cot. Front desk was not that nice.”

  • We liked the central location, and the doormen were very helpful and friendly.
  • Housekeeping woke us up at 8:30 in the morning and the shower, in the bathroom, was uncontrollably hot/the fan did not work.

“This hotel only seemed to care about business travelers. The pool was a foot lower in water than it should have been, so the shallow end was 2.5 feet. Very uncomfortable to swim in. The room was nice, but the bathroom was odd. The water was scorchingly hot and fluctuated in temperature while I showered and the bathroom fan was broken. We were woken up at 8:30 am and were told that was standard practice at the Hyatt. These were just some of the areas that affected our experience. Maybe the Hyatt Regency location was four star, but the service sure was not.”

  • Great location, ample room size, internet access.
  • Parking was very expensive.

“Nice modern hotel in the heart of the downtown crossing area. A few minutes walk to Quincy market, shopping and the public gardens. Nice room size and friendly hotel staff.”

  • Staff courtesy, buffet breakfast.
  • Room needed some repairs like magnifying mirror missing from bathroom;movies on-demand not working wall, but holes in wall showing.

“Fine for major chain hotel. Courteous staff. Expensive parking.”

  • Excellent location in downtown and very clean.
  • They allow dogs in the hotel.

“Very attractive hotel and definitely a four star experience. If you do not like or are afraid of or are allergic to dogs, this may not be your #1 pick as they allow dogs to stay - very surprising. I was very pleased with the location in the heart of Boston, minutes walk from anywhere in town. Was well worth it because you do not need your car at all in town. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Boston for business or pleasure. Thank you Priceline for making it possible - you are the best!”

  • The space "breathes" and it is artistic..

“The staff is accessible, knowledgeable and very friendly. The decoration is artistic and not boring. There is space in the lobby and on the floors. The carpets are beautiful. It is quiet.”

  • The staff was very helpful, friendly and prompt.
  • The bed was uncomfortable, there was no toiletries in the bathroom and the room had an awful floral smell.

“The staff was excellent but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired.”

  • The concierge was tremendously helpful throughout our stay!
  • The pool area didn't seem very clean or attractive.

“We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again - the location was perfect! Close walking distance to Downtown Crossing, the T and lots of hip bars.”
