“Very nice, upscale, boutique-style hotel. A lot of staff to help in any situation you are never waiting. Very modern decor. Over all a great little hotel right in the heart of downtown Boston- and for the price we got through Priceline- unbeatable!”

• Twe had from our bedroom.
• Prices of the mini bar too high and the KO restaurant is not kid friendly.

• The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Loved the free wine on Sat eve! Perfect after a long day of shopping & touring!
• Walls too thin. Party on 3rd floor, our room on 5th, heard music base Friday till 1 am & sat. till 2 AM.

“Simple modern decor with pleasant staff. Decor modern and sophisticated. Restaurant food excellent quality. Location central to many areas of interest and T within 1.5 blocks.”

• Location; comfort; friendly staff.
• We were on the 5th floor and it was noisy - street noise.

“It was a wonderful hotel to stay in for 4 days. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and I don't think you could have beaten the location. The room was very clean and had great bath products, towels and linens.”

• Dogs yapping into the night.

“Hotel is well situated between Quincy Market and Boston Commons, about two or three blocks from Emerson College. Space was sufficiently, clean, and upscale. Wireless internet access easily accomplished. Lobby is small with limited staff. The only problem was the dogs and the dogs yapping well into the night. I would recommend it.”

• Non existent shoe shine.

“The hotel is in a prime location in Boston. A very short walk from transportation and walk able attractions. The room was of high quality and the service was nice. However, I left my shoes with the doorman for the complimentary overnight shoe shine and the next morning they were delivered without even being shined. I think someone forgot. That is a lack of attention to detail that disappointed me. Otherwise my stay was quite comfortable.”

• Room was a bit small, incorrect minibar charge (but was corrected).

“Second time there. Red carpet treatment when I arrived as I was a repeat guest. Upgraded to top floor with fabulous view. Good location. Wine hour is a nice touch. Very accommodating staff.”

• Clean and comfortable room, central location.
• At night location is not the greatest for walking around.

“A very nice hotel, great room, friendly staff. I did not use room service or the hotel restaurant so I can't comment on that. Location is very central and close to public transportation but at night the neighborhood is not the greatest.”

• The staff is outstanding. To a person, they were courteous and helpful.
• Low-flush toilet.

“I am generally a solo traveler and boutique hotels are my favorite places to stay. Nine Zero is at the top of my list after my two-night stay. The accommodations were lovely and clean (my top requirement in a hotel). The staff was exceedingly well-trained. They were all courteous, helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better hotel and better service.”
