• Coffee maker in room and room service.
• No restaurants nearby - had to drive to everything.

“Okay for business travelers but not a great location - had to drive around to even find a convenience store open after 9. Staff was very nice and room service arrived promptly. Would have liked a spa outdoor pool was not usable due to 4 straight days of rain. Have stayed at the Braintree locations many times and would reserve there again before Randolph.”

• Closeness to Boston and Quincy.
• Hotel room was dirty, not cleaned well and
  also some public areas.

“Hotel needs to follow up behind their cleaners to ensure the hotel and rooms are thoroughly clean. Our room and some public areas were not very clean.”

• The staff did all that was possible to ensure our comfort at all times. There was always someone to answer questions, solve issues, and provide comfort.

“This hotel is well located, and is accessible to all events in the BOS area. The gym is nice, as well as the restaurant. Both were on site. All staff members were pleasant at all times.”

• Location.
• Hotel staff numb to simple requests.

“The hotel location and facilities were great. They met my expectations. The staff on duty were not prepared and slow to respond to reasonable requests. Room service and party going on in room next door past 2AM. Maid service non available for two days, I had exchange towels and request maid services.”

• Relatively clean, convenient location.
• Bad job on the remodel, old bed, small bathroom, flimsy doors.

“This is a decent hotel, which has recently won an award for most improved service. It also has recently been remodeled, although it appears that it has not been finished yet. There were a lot of wet paint signs around. The hotel is near several T stops. The room was a decent size, but with a very small bathroom. Although not spotless, everything was clean enough. The most disappointing thing about the hotel is the cheapness of the remodel. In the bathroom, new fixtures were added onto an old tub. A nonstick surface that had been cut crooked was stuck to the bottom as an afterthought. The caulk was all glopped on and there was some mildew in spots. The same with the doors. New locks on flimsy doors. Most worrisome was the door that connected our room to the next. It was a cheap, hollow core door with a small, old lock on it that did not look like it would hold much. The sheets on the bed were nice, but the bed was old. I could feel the springs. The pool is an outdoor pool. It was showing its age, but looked ok. I did not get a chance to use it. The hotel is near a night club, which worried me when I realized it, but we could not hear it at all from our room. In short, this is a decent budget hotel, but it is nothing special.”

• For a 2 star hotel the rooms was better than what I expected. However, the pool needed to be cleaned.

• The people were very friendly.
• The air conditioning system goes on and off throughout the night.

“Overall it was a good experience. A couple of days the trash can wasn't emptied in the room and the soap wasn't replaced with new soap.”

• The staff was very friendly, never had any problems with the room, food or the staff.
• The pool could have been cleaner and warmer, however the weather was not the best so it may have had something to do with that.

• Very convenient location especially from highway.
• There was not any thing we did not like.

“Your reception at the front desk very professional, friendly, courteous and helpful, even at 5am I had to pick someone from the bus station in Boston and this guy at the front desk was right on the ball with direction.”

• I liked that is was recently remodeled and inexpensive.
• The beds were uncomfortable, no mini fridge/microwaves, remodel lacks polish.

“Overall, this was good for the money, but the remodel that was done on this hotel was a little rough around the edges. It was almost like they didn't want to spend the last little bit of money to make it pretty nice instead of just ok. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful but the maids threw away things that they shouldn't have they threw away a couple of snacks I had in the room that I was not finished with, and these were not perishable items. I did not like that the hotel room did not have a mini-fridge and microwave when the room easily had room for one. The bathroom is extremely small, there is barely room to open the bathroom door. The breakfast menus are misleading- they make it look like you can buy just a bowl of cereal or oatmeal for $3 but in reality the only option is the $10 breakfast buffet which is not an option to me since I don't like to have a heavy breakfast so I wouldn't be able to eat enough to make the $10 worth it. The pool water was green and murky, the pool was covered since it is only April but there was a flap in the corner that was pushed aside, you would think they would recover it since the green water is quite an eye sore. I also recommend getting a room on the front side of the building as there is a nightclub in back of the hotel that gets pretty loud at night.”

• Staff went out of there way to please. They were friendly and professional. They provided microwave and refrigerator for our 9 day stay without a re.
• Sink drained slowly.
