“We went for our anniversary. I planned a visit to the hotel to make reservations in person, the staff actually offered to show me the suite and was helpful in making all types of special requests happen right on queue. Every person on staff, the concierge, the valet, the front desk and the fireplace butler were beyond anything I could have hoped for! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would be lying to give them anything less than a 15. A fabulous trip we will never forget! Highly recommended.”
